Summary: Lukas and the REAPI team have set the gold standard for customer support. If we could give a 6-star review, we absolutely would! Their platform is powerful, their approach is flexible, and their support has been invaluable to our project. Highly recommend!

Positive: Outstanding Support: Lukas has gone above and beyond to help us navigate our project, providing quick and insightful guidance at every step.
Ease of Use: REAPI’s offering is incredibly user-friendly, making integration smooth and efficient.
Flexibility: The REAPI team has been exceptionally accommodating, working with us to tailor solutions to our needs.

Negative: The only challenge—which is not REAPI’s fault—is the complexity of obtaining MLS access. It would be amazing if there were a more streamlined way to get approval without needing every MLS’s individual sign-off.

Summary: When we were doing RnD for our PropTech startup at Dispo Genius there were so many options on the market for real estate property data APIs, like ATTOM, Melissa, and many others.
We were looking for an API solution that fit the following categories:

Accuracy of data
Easy to use APIs
Good API Documentation
Great customer service
Scaleable
Cost efficient
REAPI hit all of these criteria perfectly. Plus their team is especially easy to work with. S/O to Lukas! He’s being amazingly helpful. Even brainstorming with us on possible setups. I give REAPI a 11/10!

Negative: I did not find any cons using this product so far!

Summary: REAPI has significantly streamlined our property search and retrieval process, helping us deliver accurate data to our users. It is a must-have API for anyone in the real estate industry looking for a scalable and efficient property data solution.

Positive: We integrated REAPI’s Property Detail and Property Search endpoints into our SaaS based system, and the experience has been seamless. The APIs are well-documented and easy to work with, making integration straightforward without unnecessary complexity. The pricing is also very competitive compared to other providers, and we’ve found the data accuracy to be highly reliable. What really stands out, though, is their support team. They’re always available, incredibly responsive, and go beyond just technical assistance—they actually helped us navigate and choose the best approach for our business workflows, which made a huge difference. Overall, it’s been a smooth and valuable addition to our platform.

Negative: Auto-Complete could Be Improved. The additional data points like latitude/longitude for zips, states, cities, and counties are not available at the moment similar to what Google Places offers. But good side is that it's unlimited to use.

Summary: Fantastic. Working with the team has been a breeze. Vince was great on the offset, and Lukas is incredibly intelligent & responsive.

Positive: Working with experts seamlessly to integrate the REAPI data to make our leads better.

It's been great to be able to select which fields we need / don't need, and even after we manually verified a certain subset of fields we found that REAPI was incredibly accurate.

Negative: Nothing. The only hiccup we had was initially integrating with our lead form, and Lukas had no problem hopping on with our provider and resolving that.
