It's genuinely that straightforward! This innovative solution caters to diverse users including collectors, educational institutions, religious organizations, and libraries worldwide. Additionally, Readerware's capability to scan barcodes or input ISBNs/UPCs ensures that cataloging your library is not only easy but completely eliminates the tediousness of manual data entry. With its user-friendly design, Readerware transforms the way you organize and manage your media collection.

    Readerware Customer Support Lacking

    Date: Dec 12 2025

Summary: No customer support despite the website claiming that they will provide support. I paid for the upgrade for the version 4 bundle but did not receive the registration codes yet. It has been over a week so far.

Positive: Over all it is a good product. I started with the version 3 bundle and later tried version 4. But I am unable to get any response from customer support.

Negative: I am unable to get the registration codes after paying for the upgrade for the version 4 bundle. I sent two emails but got no response from the company. I am very frustrated and disappointed with Readerware's lack of support. I am unable to use the software without the registration codes.
