RFM FOR EXCEL Description
RFM analysis, also known as recency, frequency and monetary analysis, is a marketing strategy that helps identify the best customers or clients. It works by looking at how often a customer buys (frequency), how often they buy (recency), and how much a customer spends (monetary). RFM evaluation is based on the Pareto rule, which states that only 20% of customers produce 80% of the business. This product allows you perform RFM (Recency Frequency, Monetary) Analysis on your Customer Data by simply clicking a button in Microsoft Excel. RFM for Excel is an Excel application that automates the conversion of customer data into RFM segments/groups and assigns RFM scores/rank to each customer. RFM for Excel needs the following information: customer name, last purchase date and amount of each customer's purchases.
