Summary: Overall I am very pleased with the application. My employees that lack computer skills are able to provide satisfactory daily reports and my more technical employees provide very detailed reports. Thank You Raken!

Positive: Super easy to use, very awesome tool and record of project information. I tell my staff our minds can only hold so much information, note anything of importance in your daily report. Some long term projects incur the Groundhog Day effect, Raken is a great tool to detail all aspects of construction, labor force, equipment and much more.

Negative: Employee's logging out forgetting their login passwords. I have had maybe 3 minor tech issues, 2 logins and one editing issue. All three issues were worked on within minutes of contacting Raken and resolved shortly after.

Summary: I will always be a Raken user based on how well it's been working. Hopefully they continue to make it better and better.

Positive: I have used Raken at more than one company. It was so good at the first company I tried it, that when I changed companies, I took it with me. I even paid for it out of pocket to show my new bosses how great it was. They switched after receiving my first daily report. We are now working on connecting it with another one of our online products we use daily as well.
Excellent people who do the follow up to make sure you're happy.

Negative: Not sure I can complain about anything. Maybe the cost could be changed to an annual charge with unlimited users within our company.

Summary: Great tool for managing construction jobs. All you need is connectivity, and the system works well! In days of CV19, having pictures uploaded on a daily basis gives Operations a good feel for production as well as the ability to do Safety audits. We have made a number of "Good Catches" just by reviewing a Foreman's job site pics that he/she uploaded

Positive: Ease of use from the Management side as well as the Field daily inputting side. Trackability from anywhere you have connectivity. Ability to see overruns and forecast accordingly. The reports that can be generated are highly professional.

Negative: The struggles we had to get the payroll aspect of the system to recognize and tabulate days of subsistence to pay out to the employee(s) each day/week. The work around we are using seems to be working well for us now.

Summary: We have tried multiple different programs for our daily reports, but Raken is by far the best. The system is extremely easy to use and navigate. Our field employees are happy with input and recording and the office is happy that paperwork is done neat and timely.
Their customer service is exceptional. They reach out to us to see how things are going and every question is answered timely. We are able to schedule an online meeting anytime we would like and every question is gone through thoroughly to ensure we understand.

Positive: Ease of use, ease of setup, speed, talk to text, customer service, photo storage, time card functionality.

Negative: We would like a little more features for the timecard module. We reached out to Raken and this is actually in the works!

Summary: This is a great daily reporting software that offers customization to your specific needs. I highly recommend Raken to any company needing daily reports.

Positive: Customization to fit the needs of the company. Extremely easy to use. Great support if needed with very quick replies.

Negative: Nothing so far. I have used this program at 2 different companies now and am still looking for a con.

Summary: I highly recommend the Raken APP, easy to use and great service! IF you need something to help with Construction Daily Reports, this is the App!

Positive: After reviewing many Apps we decided on the Raken. The demo was explained not only on the App side but also on the desktop side. We got to see it both ways. Conner was excellent at explaining everything and showing us how it worked! He researched everything and was quick to get back to us with answers. Michael, our Customer Success Manager, has called to check in to see how things are going and has helped walked me through a change to make the simple checklist even easier! Also, If you ever need help, they have a chat that answers really fast!

Negative: No Cons on the Raken App because they make it easy to understand and use.
