Quick QUOTE uses full screen editing features, which allow for a simple "fill-in the blank" input process. To ensure that no incorrect data is entered, all input data are checked at the time of entry. If you have any questions about the program's request, you can press "?" The "?" key allows you to ask the program additional information about the input data being requested. All data can be viewed and edited at any time after the input process is completed. There are four types of data that are required: general customer data (including proposed equipment models, material, or labor items), and proposed equipment models (including material). The general customer data includes customer name, address, telephone number, and any other relevant data. All the best selling features and costs are automatically compared to the selected equipment models. If a model is not available in the model library, the model can be manually entered.
