Summary: Very easy to use and the mapping and rollups plus the intercompany account setups works like a charm.

Positive: The dataset that they created for us in our template is working like a charm and we can get our information into a nice looking report for the board, with all the calculations on debtors days, etc, due to the mapping rollups that we can differentiate between the different intercompany trade accounts.

Negative: More online design capability would be nice with a drag and drop feature.

Summary: No more excel broken links or accidentally deleted tabs. What a wonderful feeling it was to throw my spreadsheets away!

Positive: Easy implementation process with basic training provided to the team. Up and running within a short period of time. Month to month subscription, no annual license fees.

Negative: Would be great if this could plug into a BI tool, to include graphs on export of reports.

Summary: It enhance ease to prepare consolidate financial statements within minutes. It is simple to analyze reports that are generated with Quick Consols.

Positive: I'm very impressed that I can easily generate accurate financial reports on the right time with Quick Consols. It's more advanced, easy-to-use and efficient. Quick Consols monthly subscription fee is affordable thus it's cost saving.

Negative: Quick Consols lacks a free trial version. Again, Quick Consols lacks a mobile app and I do suggest to see more improvements about this.

Summary: Quick Consols i believe is a game changer and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to move away from spreadsheet or time consuming solutions which are desktop based.

Positive: The tool is fairly easy to use and easy to maintain, You do not need a technical background or course to be able to customize your templates during the year. This has saved us a lot of time during reporting period on audit required changes.

Negative: The tool is for unlimited users and one needs to be careful on how to set up access rights so that people are not able to change your reporting template.
