Summary: I have had nothing but good t say about this service and would recommend it to anyone. If you are in the market for vehicle tracking this is for you.

Positive: Great service, the system never fails and I really like the daily and weekly email updates sent by the company.

Negative: Nothing, I have not found one thing to complain about with this service.

Summary: I am highly satisfied with the overall use of the product and extremely happy with the customer service support that are always willing to make sure that our needs are met.

Positive: The tracking is essential as well as knowing the speed of each vehicle at any given time. This documentation actually saved a driver from being charged at fault for an accident.

Negative: The OBD II units seem to fail quite frequently but the under the hood battery units appear to last much longer.

Summary: Very big help in having GPS on our fleet. Great to know where they are at all times.nothing has failed yet! Very good product!

Positive: Install was easy, layout is clear.phone app works well.customer service was very responsive! Love that i can print out daily logs and routes!!

Negative: Nothing, all good!

Summary: This is a great product. I would be lost without it. I depend on it every day to keep me informed on where my vehicles are.

Positive: I own a roofing company, and can not always be on the current job.

Using Quartix in my vehicles allows me to know which truck is on which job.

Should I need to go from one job to another, I can see on Quartix what the address is, without carrying around a lot of paperwork.

It has also saved me a lot in payroll, knowing when the employees arrived and when they left the job. You can not hide with Quartix in the vehicles.

Negative: I would like to be able to pull up a picture of the address shown on Quartix.

Summary: From my initial conversations with Jayne and the easy set-up of the tracking units to the everyday access from my cell phone or desktop computer, this has helped me to better manage our technicians & customer service! Positive: Love the live tracking, but being able to go to previous days trips & determine how much time they spent getting to or from a specific location, and how much time was spent at that location, is invaluable to our company!

Negative: There really isn't anything I don't like. The drivers of the vehicles may feel like they are being watched, but I have reassured them it isn't about them. It is about me being more efficient in my job.

Summary: Company and products have been wonderful. I recommended to a friend and he has been very happy also.

Positive: I love the fact that at anytime I can see where my guys are and be accountable to my customers if there is any question about service times.

Negative: Once in a while the software shows a wrong address. Looks as thought the truck was on a street that is very close to where it actually is.

Summary: A+ product and service. Top notch! Really great company. Follow up after the purchase was very proactive in contacting us to be sure all was fine.

Positive: I’ve used five other tracking companies in our security business for our patrol cars and these units are the best with the most affordable plan and one minute reporting is great.

Negative: I really HATE that I had to waste time with 5 other GPS companies before finding Quartix. AND they have PHENOMENAL support.

Summary: I have had a great experience with this company, and there people very easy to deal with in any matter.

Positive: I have not had any problems at all in all 3 vehicles, had a hiccup and they fixed it right away, I recommend Quartix, the lady that answers is just a sweetheart.

Negative: I haven't really found anything bad, they are quick to fix any problems.

Summary: I feel these fit our needs very well. I like the fact I can run reports with the information given and glad to see enhancements from time to time.

Positive: When shopping for tracking to keep an eye on our 40 plus service vehicles I was not interested in detailed telematics. We simply needed to know where our vehicles were on any certain day for a certain project. As a mid size commercial glass company, cost played a role in the decision as did simplicity.

Negative: There is little to not like. We simply plug these in and they do their thing. Initially we had a few older 3g units that would get lost in outlying areas but we no longer have that issue.

If I had to select one con to these units it would be sometime the location (indicator) jumps around a bit when the vehicle is parked over a period of time.

Summary: I'm pleased with the product and software and customer support. Overall the best product for my business.

Positive: -Detailed recording options
-Pricing , great price!
-Installation options, different options for installing tracker

Negative: Doesn't have option of temporarily sharing location with other people.

Summary: Works great for what we need. I am very pleased. Customer service has always been fantastic which is hard to find these days, so thank you!

Positive: Daily logs are great as well as the live tracking, customer service is fantastic. Super fast to respond and resolve any/all issues.

Negative: I don't like not being able to set my own email notifications for daily logs, or disable the current ones we have.
