Summary: One of the worst companies I've come across. Although I can't argue about the information given on the website, it's entrapment. I didn't land on their homepage but on a link.

Positive: Nothing at all. They have found a way to get people to try the product but also make them pay 0,50 which eventually becomes 200 euros.

Negative: They have found a way to catch people and have them pay for a full year.

Summary: i have nothing to say overall, just don't use this company, there are so many others companies that provides QR codes.

Positive: The only pro is that it really offers QR code lol, but at what price?

You can easily generate your QR code and so fast, the UI/UX design is friendly but all the process behind is malicious.

Negative: Like everybody, i thought that i've paid my QR code 0,50€, i've never knew that it was a free subscription of 14 days. They only send me an e-mail written in German, for a Spanish company?? So i didn't paid attention because the object of the mail was just "Wilkommen bei Qrty !"

14 days later they charged me 200€, i go for the annulation of my subscription but no refund hahahah. Then i read their conditions and it is all written, you can't attack them.

It's racket they do profit on people who don't pay attention on different terms, everyone on internet so.

I wouldn't recommend this product if you don't want to be scammed.

I didn't know that there was still companies like this.

Summary: The same happened to me but I managed to get a refund.

Here is my story, probably it could help you.

Like many of you, they made me believe I was paying for one single QR code. 14 days later I got charged 200€ so I logged in, I deleted the only QR code I had (It never worked as it always showed an error) and cancel the subscription just minutes after the charged me. I emailed them asking for a refund and pointing out the QR code never worked. They send me their policies (the same email they first sent in German) in English and mentioned they wouldn't give me my money back.

I filed a dispute/chargeback directly with my bank and shared the respective evidence (The email of the merchant denying me the refund and my email saying that the subscription was cancelled). Also mentioned that, as part of some regulations, they didn't notify me 7 days before about the upcoming charge. Finally, I demand to respect my rights as stated by the European Commission that says that I can cancel service and get my money back.

After that, I emailed the merchant and asked again for my money and questioned their shady subscription plan. Additionally, I sent another email demanding to get all my banking information deleted from their system as part of my rights according to the GDPR in the European Union.

Days after, my bank contacted me first saying that this Spanish company charged me using PayPal, but this is not accurate, so I pushed back and they were working directly with Visa but they were asking for the evidence of the subscription being cancelled within the first 14 days... However, out of nowhere, the merchant refunded the funds manually and the case was closed and I got my money back. Finally, I cancelled the card I used with them.

Summary: They did not sent any email 24h to advise about 14 day period coming to an end and that i will be charged the next day in full.

They did not even sent the payment confirmation after they charged me, hoping that the customer won't spot the charge.

Even now, after 24h they did not send an email with the invoice for 200 eur and about the charge itself.

Looking at their feedback which is 99% negative i now understand what type of company they are.

And the funny thing is that they don't refund, even if you forgot to cancel the subscription, or wanted to cancel 5 min after the charge happened.

Also they don't have any monthly payment to which i would have been happy to proceed, but not, they let you enjoy it for 14 days, they know you'll forgot to cancel as they don't send any email notifying you about trial period coming to an end and about the next full charge for 1 year ))).

You don't need to scam people and don't forget about your Karma which will come back to you.

Please all be aware before proceeding with their trial membership. There are a lot of sites that give you enough notice after the trial is ending so you always can choose to go ahead or cancel it.

Negative: This company is created from a bunch of idiots that have nothing to do in life than to scam you as a customer. After i paid £0.50 to generate 1 QR code and after missing the asterisk which says that after 2 weeks i will be charged 200 eur if i do not cancel the trial i was charged the full amount yesterday.

Summary: Watch them, they are really skillful scammers. Honest company would send you an email when you register, they send me first email after they charged me EUR 200.

Positive: Nothing at all, I strongly believe that they just want to scam people. Good design of pages serves makes you be less careful.

Negative: Yes, they did produce QR code I needed, which was well worth 0.5EUR I paid. However it was just a foreplay to a scam which cost me 200 EUR.

Summary: Some businesses aren't right despite being legal - this one of them. Do not try it - find a better company who does similar stuff and is customer centric.

Positive: Product works but bad business model to say the least - legal scam. Stay away at all costs. Hope relevant authorities will get involved asap.

Negative: Poor transparency and communication - 1 email upon trial subscription and automatically charged 200 EUR after 14 days even if you don't use the platform at all. Simply not moral. Can be absolutely amazing business catering to people with different needs and budgets, but instead they chose to collect money quickly and don't care about people who it can really hurt.

Summary: The people behind this service should be behind bars. Thee is only one purpose - to steal money from users. They certainly fooled me.

Positive: The service works but the problem is that it is a cover for fooling people into a subscription plan they never said ok to.

Negative: These people are scam artists! They want your credit card number and you are lured to pay a one time fee for 1 QR code for 0,5 euro into a 200 euro a month subscription!!! Unbelievable.

Summary: Bought 1 QR code for 0.77 cents, they kept my credit card information and charged me 307 dollars, stating I signed up for a year. They would not refund me and my credit card company couldn't dispute it either, stating that I signed up for their terms and conditions. It was my bad for not reading through, but I was rushing to download a QR code for work. I figured 0.77 cents wasn't bad. I didn't know they would be ripping me off a week later.

Positive: Nothing. They are scam artists, storing your credit card info to use to charge you at a later time.

Summary: Stealing from vulnerable people the worst sort of people on earth, avoid at absolutely all costs unless you have 200 euro to spend on one QR code.

Positive: There is a minimum character requirement so I’m typing, the designs and pretty good, they're good at stealing.

Negative: Tell you it’s $1 to sign up then deduct 200 euro from your credit card with no notice, worst kind of company that exists.

Summary: No single warning email. Didn't return money even though I said that there is a mistake and I will not use their service. For QR cod 200 euros??!! Goodbye

Negative: This is horrible, absolutely not user friendly service. They quietly charged me 200 euro for their annual plan WITHOUT notifying in advance that they will make this withdrawal. Fucking service! They refused to return my money because "this information is on their website".

Negative: Terrible experience.

I'm upset they tried to withdraw 200 euros for an account that I don't need. When buying a QR code, I did not see that I was buying a trial period, but I thought I was paying for the QR code once.

They have used my credit card information to withdraw 200 euros.

Summary: Horrible, most horrible experience ever on the internet. Don't trust them, they are thieves!!!!!!! They are just laughing at me, like haha fooled you got your money and never giving it back.

Positive: Nothing, it's a scam, they just want your credit card info to steal from you! They won't give it back.

Negative: They make you believe you're buying 1 QR code for 0,50EUR and then 14 days later they steal EUR200 of your credit card and there is nothing you can do to take it back. I've send about 20 email and they just laugh at me.

Summary: They are scammers, don't buy from them any QR... cant believe I can't pay the rent this month cause of them and they don't care.

Positive: They allow you to make a "free" QR for 0,5€ then, after 14 days they charge you 200€ without any advice... they refused to refund my money.. I have reported everything to police.

Negative: Nothing, there are better solutions at lower price, with great support and very kind ppl... they are just scammers.

Summary: Terrible company, don't use them. They should be more clear about what their charges are and not wait for us to fall into a trap.

Positive: The product was ok, but it is just a QR code. I don't have anything else to say about "liking" something.

Negative: The pricing system is set-up to trick people into getting a 200 euro yearly subscription without realising it. Terrible. I used it as a favor to a friend and ended up paying a yearly subscription out of my pocket for a product I will not use and don't need. When I emailed them about my mistake they did not even reply.

Summary: I wouldn't recommend it by any means, because it shouldn't be so tricky to make a single QR code. There are so many companies out there that do it, with no such treatment to their customers.

Positive: The production of the QR code was fine. I had no problem creating a QR code, and paying for it 0.50 Euros. But it didn't stop there.
They stole my money, charging me a year's subscription, using means that are tricky.

Negative: The way they took my money does not concede with the policies of best practices serious companies must have.

I used my debit card to pay for a single QR code the amount of €0.50. They kept the details of the card and used it in order to charge me, without my consent, an annual subscription.

They stole from me 200 Euros, and this is NOT FAIR.

When I entered the site, the process was to pay €0.50 for the QR code, so I had a quiet mind that I wouldn't have any extra charge, as I already paid for their service. The way the process of the payment/subscription is constructed, TRICKS YOU into making this mistake!

I have already contacted my bank asking for my money back, and I will take it as far as it takes.
