Summary: Terrible - they stole my money. Said it was a three month purchase and then charged my bank account for one year.

Positive: Nothing - they are a total rip off to their customers. Stay away from this company at all costs. They will steal your money too.

Negative: I got ripped off by them. Stay away from this company at all costs!! I signed up for a three month plan ($39) and I checked my bank statement and discovered they charged me for one year ($119). They will not respond to my requests for a refund other than a form email saying "no refunds" for any reasons. They stole my money. I am having the bank get my money back!

Summary: This company is a scam. They lead you to believe it is free, you create and print, and then are held hostage to their OUTRAGEOUS prices or your code will not work. They are not customer-focused, they will NOT refund your money no matter how quickly you cancel, and they should be shut down. NEVER use them, and tell everyone!

Positive: At first, it appeared to be a fun way to add your logo to a QR code. Turns out, they will rip you off drastically and offer zero customer service or help.

Negative: All sorts of things hidden in small print, they do not refund you if you're unhappy with the product, they do not provide ANY customer service, and you'll pay outrageous fees for something you can get free.

Summary: QRfy are criminals. I forgot all about this software which i had not used for the last year. At renewal time they DON'T send you a renewal notice, they just charge you for a whole year. When immediately asked to cancel and refund, they just tell that they are not interested. Criminals.

Positive: If you want a QR code try Canva.
Canva offers so much and also has a QR code generator.
QRFY.com service is worthless with such pathetic staff.

Negative: Corrupt staff will with total disregard. run before its too late.

Summary: I signed up for QRfy to create a QR code for a one-time event, under the impression that their service was free. After the 7-day trial, my QR code was deactivated, and I had to pay an unexpected $179.97 to reactivate it. Unfortunately, I later found out this charge enrolled me into a recurring subscription, which I did not intend to sign up for or use.

When I was charged another $179.97 for the next quarter, I immediately canceled the subscription and reached out to customer service, only to be met with a flat refusal to refund me. Despite the fact that I never used their service for either billing cycle, they refused to issue a refund, hiding behind their no-refund policy, which I was unaware of at the time.

To make matters worse, I received no notice about the upcoming charge, making it impossible to cancel beforehand. This company’s subscription model feels intentionally deceptive, and their lack of flexibility with refunds makes it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority.

I strongly advise potential customers to stay away from this service unless you are prepared to be locked into an expensive and unnecessary subscription.

Positive: Initially, I thought the platform would be useful for quickly and easily generating a FREE QR code. However, the overall experience was overshadowed by unclear pricing, deceptive billing practices, and lack of customer support. While the concept seemed promising, the execution left much to be desired.

Negative: The most significant issue is the deceptive billing practices. I was unknowingly enrolled in a recurring subscription after a 7-day trial, with no clear warning or notice about the high cost or upcoming charges. When I realized this and requested a refund, customer support refused, hiding behind their no-refund policy despite the fact that I never used the service. The lack of transparency and poor customer support make it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company.

Summary: Price description is poor. Very misleading. Just after your money. Never got the chance to use the product.

Positive: None this is not a reputable company at all and is only interested in your money. There should be some humanity and empathy in companies but there isn't.

Negative: Make sure you read the details as far as billing goes. I didn't and was charged for a full year. My bad completely, I know that. I had the membership for as long as it took to process and cancel. Never used their codes. Asked for a refund. Literally less than 30 minutes. They said no. It would be nice if there was some empathy in business. After that I actually found a site that has a real free plan and is affordable if you do pay for it

Summary: Bad, bait and switch. they lure you in for a FREE and easy QR code...then it expires in 7 days and you lose access and must pay for a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription @ $30 a month

Positive: QRFY does not make it clear enough that your QR code will expire and you will be required to purchase a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription to maintain access to your website. 3 month = $120. In my case, I had already printed and SENT OUT wedding invitations with this QR code. I had no choice but to pay for a subscription. USE CANVA they have a completely free, NO HIDDEN FEES. Trash!

Negative: Lure you in for "FREE" force you to pay or reprint all your wedding invites, or pay if you already sent them out like me...hands are tied and I was forced to pay.

Summary: This is a scam- absolutely do not use. Their pricing is misleading. Unprofessional con, do not associate your business with them.

Positive: Their pricing is incredibly high and deliberately misleading. They bank on the fact that you will have promo materials printed before you get the first bill and realize. Scammy company- do not use.

Negative: Misleading pricing and business practices. They deliberately hide the cost, banking on the fact that you will have promo materials created and then be stuck with them.

Summary: Do not purchase this service. You will regret it and then have to deal with cancelling their high automatic billing.

Positive: There are no pros to this service. It's strength is its ability to con people into accepting their service.

Negative: Very Expensive
Cheap product: They redirect you instead of linking straight to your site.
QRFY is a usurious company that takes advantage of ignorant consumers with aggressive algorithm use.

Summary: They stole my money, refused to give it back and offered half of a refund after charging my card without permission. Contesting with my back and filing a report with Spanish business bureau.

Positive: None. Their customer service is awful. Wasn't worth $250 for what they offer. Refused to fix it and offered half of a refund

Negative: Canceled my auto renewal on October 9th. $250 was way too much for what they offer. October 10th, get a charge for $250. Go to their site->contact us-> send them a message that I've been charged after cancellation. Nothing..
October 11th, send them an email by responding to the "renewal" email explaining I canceled the renewal before the date (the 10th) and was still charged. Replied on the 15th that they "don't issue refunds." I explain I was never supposed to be charged.. they basically say, oh well. No refunds. I had to threaten to turn them in to the Spanish BBB for them to refund HALF. so they kept $125 for their own shortcomings. Clearly a glitch with their website. Buyer beware. They are thrives with terrible customer service.

Summary: We had already printed and distributed flyers with a QRFY code and then realized the code would actually stop working if we didn't subscribe. Don't get caught in their scam!

Positive: This makes a perfectly fine looking QR code, but the problem is if you don't subscribe later the code stops working. There is no warning about this in the information.

Negative: QRFY let's you create a "free" code, but then if you don't subscribe for 88 euro for 6 months, they make the code inactive.

Summary: Pure scammers, I will never recommend this QR Generator, I think a lot of people also use QR codes on printwork etc. so you get forced to have a contract with QRfy.

Positive: I needed one QR code and after 7 days the free trial was over and the QR code didn't work anymore! They are advertising with try a free QR code, it's easy etc etc. SO you need a contract otherwise the QR code doesn't work anymore and the contract is really expensive!

Never use this QR generator!!

Negative: In my opinion they are frauds, they trick you with pretty lures.

Summary: The worst experienced i've had with a tech company in as long as I can remember. They are clearly trying to swindle people into overpaying. I was charged over $250 for 1 QR code. Don't buy it!!!

Positive: While they'll generate a great QR code for you, they will trick you into an outlandish price. I was charged over $250 for 1 QR code created during my free trial. DO NOT GET SUCKERED BY THIS COMPANY.

Negative: They tricked me into signing up for a year when I only needed 1 QR code and would not give me a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Summary: We were scammed and we had to just eat the loss. We're done by December 15, so I will cancel the subscription and probably have my bank block them to prevent any new charges.

Positive: Nothing. The QR code is a re-route via their network so they can lock you out. We didn't see this until it was too late.

Negative: Despite their clever language, your free code will be deactivated after seven days UNLESS you buy their service. Our flyers had already gone out (Charity collection drive for Christmas) so I had no choice but to pay for a six-month subscription for five weeks of use. Plus, my bank security kept warning me not to pay them ... I didn't even realize they were outside the US until the payment switched to Euros.
