Positive: I am pleased with Publuu's customer service. They answer questions immediately via their Chat. I have contacted them at 7am ET and there is someone available then. I don't have to wait to get help. It is very pleasant to do business with them, which is unusual today. With most companies, you are lucky to get an answer.

Negative: I don't have much to say here. I am not savvy when it comes to using eBook publishing software, but I do get assistance with my many questions.

Summary: I used Publuu to put online a white paper in order to test the solution with the aim of using it for future projects, it is an interesting tool because it allows to easily read its white book without download with a beautiful interface, the statistics are really good, the test phase allows to make an opinion, but the price is quite high (lack of pack with different features)

Negative: High price, no offer for student yet very useful, button for download too discreet, that’s it

Positive: It was something of a no brainer for me. Publuu checked all my boxes.As a writer I did not want to be boxed in by the number of pages I could use to tell my story. So I needed an unlimited option. Publuu met that. I also wanted password protection option, other services offered that but not at the price point that Publuu did. So Publuu won this one too. I wanted the finish product to be sleek. Here too, Publu checked that box. Overall I did not want to be nickeled and dimed for every option. Publuu offerings were much more extensive and generous. Best of all, Publuu's customer service was/is truly 5 star-one of the best ever!

Negative: Although I am not ready for this as yet, but I was thinking it would be nice to offer a book shelf for the cheaper packages even if it was one shelf.
