Negative: The price for the first paid tier is high. But it does contain user stats which is helpful.
No ability to export the flipbooks as stand-alone (offline books).

Positive: I am pleased with Publuu's customer service. They answer questions immediately via their Chat. I have contacted them at 7am ET and there is someone available then. I don't have to wait to get help. It is very pleasant to do business with them, which is unusual today. With most companies, you are lucky to get an answer.

Negative: I don't have much to say here. I am not savvy when it comes to using eBook publishing software, but I do get assistance with my many questions.
