    Summary: Horrible. I consider it the poorest purchase we've ever made in 32 years of being in business. Yet we have so many man hours into loading things into it the thought of switching systems is a new nightmare! We went to the Fall Do-it Best show hoping to talk to someone about all the issues. At the Epicor booth there were several people doing little or nothing that were all trained in Eagle. There was 1 person trained in Propello with a line of people waiting to talk to her. That says all you need to know!1

    Positive: Not very much at all! The very few highlights are drowned out by the bugs in the system! Each morning you hold your breath to see if it will even boot up. When it does that's usually where the problems begin. Changing retail prices is merely ok and that is the only high point.

    Negative: Clumsy and full of bugs. Tends to lock up without any apparent reason. Epicor constantly makes updates which usually means the items that were working will no longer work! We have features that helped sell us on the system that they still can't make work 1 year into this experiment!
