Summary: So, I've made a few orders through this service. I order the same product in two different sizes, and I got two very different results from the same artwork. The first order was boots, the reproduction came back accurate and clear, to specification. The second order of the same product from the same artwork was not. The colours were different and the artwork was obviously over-compressed, making it unclear and muddy looking.
I followed up with Customer support shortly after receiving the poorly misprinted product. Provided them with photos of both products they had printed showing the very big differences between the quality of the reproductions. At first, the were engaged and even proposed reprint and replace the misprinted product for me. Then, they didn't follow up, and became completely non-responsive. It's been over six months since their last email response. I have emailed a few times to ask for an update, then a response and now even just an acknowledgement and I haven't received a single communication from them since.
I am at a point a where I am going to start reaching out to other unsatisfied costumers, to see if they have had similar experiences, and then potentially coordinate with an attorney to see what recourse options we have.
In the interim, I will be posting my experiences with them in most places where I can submit reviews. So, peers and other creators alike don't have to have a similar bad experience like I am having with them.Positive: – Their User Interface is average and relatively simple when you are used to Print on Demand services.
Negative: – Fulfillment and shipping take far too long.
