Summary: This is an awesome application.

Positive: Good work with the PikMyKid team. I really like using this application, it's easy for me to click and call my child.

Negative: None.

Summary: App is easy to use.

Positive: Just started using the app to check my child in to his school prior to arrival in the morning.

Negative: I had a glitch connecting my phone number with my child's name (I think this was on the school side, not the app), and customer service responded quickly and professionally and got the issue resolved.

Summary: It's good. So far this app has really helped me out as a single mom in my busy life especially if there has been any last minute changes.

Positive: The response was very prompt and friendly! It's very user friendly!

Negative: None so far. It's very basic and new. A few snags as always starting something new in a school but overall still good so far.

Summary: Very good. Would recommend people to use this. Very useful during Covid times for hassle free pick up and drop offs.

Summary: PikMyKid is super user friendly and the customer service support is the best I’ve seen from an app. Very happy our school uses this method for communication.

Summary: Great support from the team. When you don't see 1 kid in the app and you are getting tensed up, their team helped out immediately and was really quick and easy to get that fixed.

Positive: I find it safe and easy to access and saves a lot of time while picking up my kids. Most of all it’s self explanatory.

Negative: Have not used the app for long so I would say none for now.

Positive: I think in today's world this is the easiest and safest way to pick up children for school. The customer service is always fast and helpful! We're a big fan!

Negative: Nothing i can think of. It can be a little difficult for grandparents to navigate.

Summary: Great app. Great customer service. I had an issue with my kids old school showing up on the app when they had transferred to a new school. My issue was resolved within minutes of sending email to their customer service team.

Positive: The app is great to use and the support team responds to questions and resolves issues immediately. Customer service resolution time is the fastest I’ve ever seen.

Negative: I haven’t encountered any problems so far while using the app.

Summary: Overall it is a must recommended app for parents to manage the dismissals, mark absenteeism, check ins and much more...

Positive: Managing the child dismissal is made so simple and I love this app. There are lot of features to manage school programs and its awesome.

Summary: I had a great experience with PikMyKid app , great app and fast when you pick your child up. Sometimes might message pop up about it but was fixed comes back up fast.

Positive: They were really fast in replying back to my email. The costumer service was really helpful on giving me details on how to resolve my issues.

Negative: There was nothing that I didn’t like. Everything was great.

Summary: Very happy with the application, technology and support! It is efficient and greatly appreciated the prompt support. Our family is Excited to use this new app this year.

Positive: It is a great way to track who has picked up my child and when they left. Easy to use software once we got it set up. Excellent support staff promptly help get us set up in late afternoon. Super efficient and extremely helpful.

Negative: My initial set up would not read the QR code so needed to contact support. Support was fabulous and get us set up in minutes! Thank you.

Summary: Highly recommended but would also state that the organization needs to provide thorough information for it to be used accurately.

Positive: The app requires that the organization provide a dismissal code which the group my son was in had not provided. The registration process required the code so I was not able to register my son. I reached out to their customer service by email and thought it would be days before someone responded; but I was pleasantly surprised and impressed that in a matter of minutes my issue was resolved. An agent reached out and finalized the registration process on the back end.

Negative: The only issue I had was less to do with the app than with the organization using it.

Summary: The app is great. It’s simple to use and it really streamlines the school pickup process. However, I’m most impressed with PikMyKid’s customer service! They respond to inquiries quickly and in a very personalized manner. In both of my situations, PikMyKid provided detail and explanation so my issues were resolved almost instantly! Kudos and thanks to PikMyKid!
