Summary: My overall experience has been very positive. The website is easy to use from the first time you launch it. Setting up a profile, finding flights and hotels, and booking the whole trip is all straightforward.

Positive: The interface is clean, simple, and intuitive to use. There are many helpful filters available to specify which flight and hotel search results you would like to see.

Negative: I added my travel document (passport) to my profile, but I still get a pop-up reminding me to add a document every time I return to the home page.

Summary: I find this to be a really user friendly platform. I travel a lot for work (at least 10 days out of every month) so I often have a lot of expenses to report from a variety of different kinds of vendors. All you need to do is collect your receipts while traveling (I'm old fashioned - I collect all of my paper receipts) and once you return, for anything you want to expense to your organization, include a picture of the receipt and a brief description of what it was for and you're done!

Positive: Whether it's an international receipt, whatever form, Expensify will consolidate everything into one report. This makes it incredibly easy to consolidate everything into one report which streamlines and simplifies the information I need to provide my organization with so that I can be reimbursed in a timely manner.

Negative: I am not able to change who my expense report gets submitted to and this would make the process easier for our team.

Summary: Overall experience is good, and response to changes and questions is prompt. It is very helpful when the response is prompt especially with last minute changes.

Positive: Only provides flights relevant to my trip can filter search by flight times which is convenience and useful for business trips. Which makes it getting to where I need to be on time easy.

Negative: The way flights are organized is a long lists which makes it times consuming to find.

Summary: Very good experience for the user, intuitive tool and would recommend it 100%. I believe that TravelPerk is a super plus as a perk for companies to use.

Positive: Super easy-to-use tool, very intuitive and with a nice layout. I like that you can do everything on the same platform (booking flights and hotels).
Also, super plus for the organization with the google agenda.

Negative: Nothing really, the tool works perfectly, nothing to complain.

Summary: Very good experience, I can only recommend the tool if you look for a modern way of managing trips.

Positive: I am a new user as I love how easy TravelPerk is set up. I have all trips and tickets in one place, very organised and easy to access.

Negative: The only additional feature I would love to have is a way to upload my receipts and manage reimbursement.

Summary: Having less friction to create the business travel is very important for me cause i plan, with a busy agenda, near the date and i want to avoid any anxiety.

Positive: I log in with a single sign-on and immediatly i can choose and select with my preferences what i need for the next usiness travel.
Everything included form breakfast to car.

Negative: The only minor issue i found is in the app with a little less details on additional services from Airline but i suppose is related on low cost airline company.

Summary: I enjoy work trips more, now that I can use TravelPerk. Booking flight, hotel, check-in, important notifications only. Can't think of work trips without using it anymore.

Positive: It's so easy to book a work trip with TravelPerk. No need to worry about payment, what hotels/plans are allowed. No need to communicate with others in order to get approval.
Just find a flight that works for you, any hotel that you like within the budget and you're done. Payments are handled behind the scenes and as an employee you don't have to think about that.
Booked wrong flight once by mistake. When I reached out to support then helped me reschedule it without extra fee.

Negative: There's no cons to TravelPerk that I'd see so far.

Summary: Overall the process was seamless, hardly faced any issue with booking the flight and the hotel. Happy to recommend TravelPerk to others.

Positive: One place to book your work trip. Got all the options available online. The option to choose the flights using the check boxes makes it a lot flexible.

Negative: The email suggesting to show the online credit details to the hotel reception was not needed as the hotel already had that. Still good to have that as a backup but the email didn't mention it being an optional set of information.

Summary: Overall great experience!

Positive: Easy to find a hotel, easy to book and checkin, communication all the way was great.

Negative: Everything was pretty good can’t think of anything.

Summary: I have used the tool for booking flight tickets and requests to book a transportations (bus). Very easy and the assistants respond very quickly.

Positive: Tool is easy to use, it has nice filtering. I really like the quality of assistance and good support.

Negative: There is nothing yet I would dislike. My experience is very good.

Summary: Pricing and customer service is amazing. Our company does not travel much but for all travels, we will always use TravelPerk and recommend to our business connections.

Positive: Immediate response to questions and answers that are not auto-generated or scripted. It felt very personal and empathetic to our needs.

Negative: There are some limitation on use. The customer cannot book flights to their clients or so it seems, maybe it is a function that I am unaware of.

Summary: TravelPerk are very easy to use and are always very polite, helpful and courteous.
They go out of their way to make sure that my independent requests are met.

Positive: TravelPerk always do as much as they can to make booking your accommodation and travel as smooth as possible.

Negative: If I was going to be picky, I would say that sometimes there is a bit of a delay in getting a response, but most of the time, I hear back very promptly, if not immediately.

Summary: Incredible experience using TravelPerk. 10/10 stars experience and also an amazing experience with customer support.

Positive: Amazing product. It helps reducing time on managing business trips for your company and also enables your company to save money.
UX is super nice! Having one single invoice for flights, hotels, rental cars is just amazing.

Negative: Nothing in particular to mention. I really love it.

Summary: For my first experience, I found this website easy to use, intuitive, and it took the guesswork out of planning work travel.

Positive: It was easy to navigate the website as someone who has never used TravelPerk before. I especially appreciated the email reminders to check in and the clear instructions for each step of the process. It was great to see the trip overview too, from transportation to hotel.

Negative: I have only used this website once so far but I don't have any cons to list at this time.

Summary: It was great to book flights and a hotel.
Everything worked well and if there was any change in the flight, it was informed to me.

Positive: - Fast response
When I had a question and submitted a ticket, a reply reached to me very quickly.

I cannot think of any negative things. The price was somehow a little expensive than other flight booking websites.
