    Dishonest, Unreliable, and Completely Unprofessional

    Date: Sep 08 2025

Summary: This company ruined part of my product launch by printing my catalog incorrectly. The layout was not what I submitted. They initially admitted the mistake and said they’d fix it. Two days later, they reversed their story, denied any responsibility, and blamed me—despite clear evidence that the error was on their end.

Now they’ve gone silent and are ignoring follow-up emails. This is not just poor service, it’s outright negligence. They do not stand behind their work, and they do not honor their word. Avoid them at all costs.

Positive: None. This was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with a company. I ordered from them in the past with no problems, but something must have changed recently because my catalog was a complete hack job.

Negative: Horrible printing. Incorrect setup. Rude customer service.

Quality of print is poor, quality of service is zero

    Date: Jul 11 2024

Summary: It is a shame that they use cheap printers. It is a shame that once you ask a technical advice they do not pay any attention. Overall, extremely poor service.

Positive: It is nice that you can print a single copy of your book, but alas, the quality is poor and once a technical issue arises, you are left in the dark as if they do not really care.

Negative: Quality of print is poor, delivery times are far too long, consumers service practically does not exist. You will never get a reply, even when your question concern basic technical issue which would help you to proceed with your order.
