    Summary: I Do not recommend this app if something goes wrong after 5pm. Customer service hours should be after hours as well

    Positive: Nothing unfortunately nothing good came out of using this app just complete disappointment that there’s no customer service when the site says support available whenever you need it. False advertising

    Negative: So I received my second transaction thru Paywint today on 8-20-25 and it was over $400. Well I went to go back in the app and it was completely froze up nothing but a white screen would show up. Waited and waited around hoping it wouldn’t take long to work itself out. Well after an hour I deleted the app and re downloaded it, went to login again and it popped up and said please wait 22 HOURS then try again!!! Bad thing about it was it’s my daughters 6th birthday and had plans to take her shopping an to eat that was ruined because of this app. Customer service gone at 5 oclok nobody can email or answer a call after 5 that is horrible customer service and business. No reason I should be locked out of my account soon as I receive a payment and there’s no way to get any customer support. Horrible experience will never use this app again
