    Summary: It takes me more time to pay a bill on this system than any system of bills. Maybe look at it!

    Positive: None. I'm sorry i hate this system. There are no good pros for this system. Get updated with the rest of the world.

    Negative: This system is terrible! could be shortened by NOT repeating things over and over. if the gas co transfers they should have the account number by phone number or last social security number. Then they do not have the bill amount! Why? It could be transferred as well. Then after repeating bank info twice it asks to press one to verify. Then wants you to say name and accept again. Redundant. Other agencies do this is half the time. Upgrade your system! Or shorten it!!!!!!

    Summary: It's a good tool and been using it for several years with our city and haven't had any problems at all.

    Positive: It's super reliable to use. I've used it for our electrical bills through our city and it's been super easy.

    Negative: I think they could simplify the login process overall.
