Summary: PayBito is much more optimised as compared to different crypto trading platforms.
Especially its mobile app because I usually love spot trading, and it doesn't require a PC.
The app is so fast that I haven't faced any lag since using it.
There is nothing to dislike, although sometimes the app needs an update after every week, which is quite frustrating sometimes when you're in a mood to trade.
The P2P trading feature is the most useful because other exchanges require a lot of info for transferring funds. When I earn profits, i straight away want to cash out my investment.
It's a kind of my personal trading rule and no doubt PayBito hasn't disappointed me even once with their services.

High functionality with a simple interface was what we were looking for as we were targeting mainly elderly users.
The prototype they created was more or less perfect other than a few missing features.
The product management team took quick action and made all the changes requested by us.

The price they charged to develop the payment gateway is also very competitive.

Negative: Sometimes facing captcha issues other than that nothing major.

Summary: My overall experience with PayBitoPro is to put it mildly I would have to say horrible. Customer service is well mannered but yield no results when asked about refund.

Positive: I can't really think of any pros. They use to answer the phone but now they send me to voicemail so that's left to interpretation.

Negative: Hello readers as you can see I made a post about my refund back in early March....and now we're in the month of and I still haven't received my refund. I call roughly once or twice a week since March and all Im keep hearing is the refund team is looking into it. Never once did they give an exact time or a rough estimate of when I'll be receiving my refund. And now when I call all the numbers send me straight to voicemail.
