Negative: Audience insights feel surface-level and could provide more clarity around where new followers come from.

Summary: Don't bother. They're a scam that use bots and thousands of fake accounts. When I reached out to them, they claim to make changes to your account to help remove these bots but nothing came of it.

Positive: None. They have a dashboard that helps you understand who they are apparently targeting but it's absolutely useless.

Negative: All I got was fake followers. They pretend to target to an audience but don't even use this information. I ended up getting bots from all over the world which diluted my account with useless "followers"
