    Summary: Overall we are happy with Patch Manager Plus. ManageEngine's products are always high-quality, and we also use Site24x7 by ManageEngine. I highly recommend ME products to everyone.

    Positive: Makes downloading and installing patches very simple and straightforward. The customer service offered by ManageEngine is also really good. Works great for both our Windows and Mac workstations.

    Negative: We've had a patch come a day late before, but other than than nothing we're concerned about. We're quite happy with the product and service so far.
