    Summary: My experience with this company has caused me frustration, stress, daily inconveniences. It has also caused over 150 people stress and inconveniences in their training not knowing if they can get in the building daily.

    Positive: Absolutely nothing, I have nothing good to say about this company.

    Negative: I have had numerous issues with this company the last 3 years. I have a 24 hour fitness facility and I have been constantly resetting keys the entire time. The main contact of this company is extremely rude and unprofessional, the tech guy has been better to deal with. My system completely went down and they said nothing we can do we’ll talk to you tomorrow. Not only has this been a huge inconvenience to me trying to get members in at all hours of the day, my entire day was used answering members texting me their keys don’t work.
    This system was installed before I purchased my facility, I would seek a better option for this service.
