Positive: It is a comprehensive software to obtain excellent results for social marketing, The process is smooth and easy. Pricing is good for long term use.
The representatives and faq are exceptionally helpful. It shows results almost immediately. Actually accessible from many devices.

Negative: Pricing could be better for short term use. The user experience could be made more easy.

Summary: Very disappointing experience
I spent more than $127 on PRM4U services, including LinkedIn and Instagram followers.
Unfortunately, the results did not last. Around 3,000 LinkedIn followers disappeared within approximately two days, with my account dropping from about 8,000 to 5,000 followers. I also experienced a significant drop in the Instagram followers I had purchased, and the refill service did not restore them as expected.
I contacted customer support and clearly explained the problem. Instead of addressing the disappearing followers or providing a solution, I received a general response referring me to their refund policy and asking again for payment information.
Based on my personal experience, I am extremely disappointed with both the service and the way my complaint has been handled.
I have kept my payment records, screenshots of the follower drops and my correspondence with customer support to document my experience.
