    Flaky software, auto-renewal for a big price hike & refusal to refund even when you cannot use it.

    Summary: The product is expensive, the operators are extortionists and beware of the auto-renewal and your login breaking meaning you can't even use the software any way.

    Positive: Whilst the overall experience was rotten, this software allowed me to edit/combine the important PDF I needed at the time. I would never purchase it again and STRONGLY warn you beware of the EXTRA EXPENSIVE AUTO-RENEWAL which they will try to force you to keep even if you request cancellation within days.

    Negative: I purchased this product for multiple devices with the extras (OCR etc)... It didn't do what I needed elegantly:
    The keyboard shortcut support is bad, it's quite slow (even on a powerful device) and the registration process is not convenient.
    You have to login each time you use it..

    Worst of all - After the first few months, the product REFUSED my login. I am a former Information Security Specialist and use a password manager. I triple checked to ensure no user error.

    I got busy, and let it go... At the start of this year, they stung me over $150AU for the renewal. I immediately emailed them and requested:
    a) Cancellation and refund for this year
    b) Refund for the 9 months of the prior year (where I could not use the software)
    c) Access to the logs of usage
    They ignored all of that and simply told me I'd agreed to the renewal as part of the sign up.
    I am not disputing the transaction with my credit card provider and warning anyone to be careful of these guys! Please don't get bitten like I did.
