Summary: Uploaded my document, made my account and then asked for money to compress pdf. A big cheaters! Cheaters!

Positive: There is no such pros of PDFSimpli. They just want to grab money for doing nothing special. I will call them cheaters.

Negative: Just ask for money before doing any compression of pdf.

Summary: This is a rip off and a scam site they lure you in saying it is a free tool via google ads but once you work on it and want to extract the file they will ask you to pay. They know you spent significant time so you will definitely pay.

Positive: The tool is powerful for editing and converting PDF documents and ease of adding texts to the pdf or even their convertor but there are other free tools available.

Negative: They advertise as it is a free tool but once your work is completed (I spent two hours editing document) once I wanted to download they asked me to pay for it. They say editing is free but downloading the doc is paid, what will I do with just editing?

Summary: Overall I would not recommend or ever use again. Really bad service and I was ripped off. They don't know what they are doing.

Positive: It was very hard to use anything on here. They draw you in. Making you think its all easy. But they screw you over in the end.

Negative: Customer service is very difficult to work with. They lack understanding of their customers. I was ripped off and they didn't care. Hung up and ran with my money.

Negative: Set up an account and when I tried to access the website nothing worked. I tried to connect with IT to help me with this issue and it was pointless. They asked me to send them a picture of my bank statement... I just cancelled my card because Customer service was completely useless. Don't waste your time or money!

Summary: Morally bankrupt company, that uses deceptive UI, information hiding etc, to sell you a service and steal at least one months subscription from you.

Disgusted with the experience. Trash company! Will never recommend this or ever use it again.

Positive: PDF editing. I got the job done. However, the resulting experience was so disgusting, I can barely remember anything positive about PDFSimpli.

Negative: They charge you for your service (very low fee), then surreptitiously enter you into a subscription (much higher fee). Of course you didn't want a subscription. But it will show on your credit card. Of course you will contact them and they will stop the subscription. Of course you do not get your money back.

Summary: Horrible overall experience, zero interaction with refunds or cancellation, website continues taking money long after they were meant to stop.

Positive: Nothing absolutely nothing what so ever absolute con do not use they will steal your money and continue to do so despite asking for a refund.

Negative: I have had 2 lots of $60 AUD stolen from my account by them already. This website needs to be shut down.

Summary: Stay away, they are not honest with their plans and pricing. My free trial cost me $82.00.

Positive: I really don't think that there is one.

Negative: I used this site for 1 document and had to pay $1.99 for the document. 2 month later I checked my account and they had debited 2 x $39.99. The personal I spoke with was quite rude and reluctantly agreed to cancel my plan and refund 1 x month.
It's just a scam to get your bank details.

Summary: Deeply dissatisfied. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, it is no helpful at all. I wasted time and money.

Positive: Worst app ever. Don't use it it's a waste of time and money. I tried to transform a file but the result wasn't what i created.

Negative: Only cons. I tried to convert something but the quality was too bad.

Positive: The only pro is that it does generate PDF files. So that you can get tricked into paying them.

Negative: They trick you into signing an auto-renewing contract. Same as everyone has complained below!

Positive: This "company" is nothing but a SCAM. The fact that on average there are multiple complaints about this merchant on different website is astounding. Quick search of "Pdfsimpli scam" or "Pdfsimpli complaints" tells you all you need to know.
This predatory and fraudulent business practice is one i have never encountered. For starters it is a one man show based out of Puerto Rico. He is also the CEO. When you call you are always speaking to someone in PR who really could care less about listening or helping customers resolve their issue

I was charged $39.95 monthly totaling $1300 by these scammers on a dormant acct. Charges I never authorized. I spoke with a lady named Mily at first then a disrespectful illiterate named Natalie and then a guy named Ray attempting to resolve this issue. I hit wall trying to get my money back. According to Mily i signed a contract in Oct 2019 that i did not cancel. So i demanded a copy of this contract i agreed to. If i don't have a copy the merchant should have a copy right? I am still waiting on that contract......

For individuals who have been scammed by this business please file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission; phone 1-877-382-4357 they investigate shady business practices and fraud cases like this also contact your State Consumer Protection office and file a complaint with the attorney general of your state. The more complaints generated, the quicker we can get the scammer behind this company investigated and put out of business.
I intend on getting every penny taken fraudulently from me back and also looking at small claims court for litigation. Please don't just sit back and do nothing. Report, Report, Report! This business has multiple complaints monthly. On other sites; daily, we all can't be wrong. This morally bankrupt "company" has ripped people off for far too long. Report PDFsimpli. It is a sophisticated scam.

Negative: They are not set up to allow PDF editing, they are set up to suck you into a FREE tool and then sneakily charge you $40 a month. they have no morals, be nice if they were arrested.

Negative: They charge you 1.95, and then without telling you anything they start to charge you 39.95. They put in some part of your account a message that said but you never really check that because you for a temporally account. And then they start to charge you and if you complain they told that they tell you that. With lucky you get one refund but if you did not notice the charge and you have more than one they only refund you one because they said that they have another policy that only refund a last 30 days payments. It is so frustrating. They are a white collar thief.
