Summary: Orderful was a good choice to enable KBX to modernize our EDI solution. The Orderful team has been friendly, supportive and helpful in navigating through our migration from a traditional legacy platform. With most EDI solutions coming in either a Managed Services or Software as a Service model, Orderful has enabled us a different, self-service alternative that has reduced the effort to onboard new partners by 70% and decreased our onboarding time by 50%.

Positive: Real-time, automated email notification of exceptions. Validation of data integrity against guidelines. Simple and flexible rules engine that reduces the need to have complicated EDI software or developer / mapper support.

Negative: Initial resilience of the platform in 2021 caused us to slow our migration, but Orderful's investment in their architecture has notably improved this in 2022. Could use more telemetry-type and filterable reporting within the Orderful UI along with improved search parameters to filter the transactions.

Summary: We are very happy with our decision to move. They hold quarterly reviews and are constantly making improvements to benefit the customer!

Positive: Onboarding process is quick and affordable. UI is very easy to use!
Support and Success Teams are great!

Negative: No security separation for UI users. It would be great to have a separation of administrator roles and users at a minimum. This is being addressed.

Summary: My overall experience with Orderful has been good. They have an exceptional support team which is very important to us and they really help cut down our onboarding time, making us more efficient.

Positive: Orderful makes the EDI onboarding process much smoother and efficient. Great customer support as well.

Negative: I think there could be some improvements to their existing portal. Having a more robust filtering, for example would assist with their customer's scalability. They could also improve on their reporting/analytics

Summary: Overall, great! Also, we had constant support from our Orderful POC - he was always available for us and helped us solve problems constantly.

Positive: Love that Orderful provides a super user-friendly interface for making (at-times) complex EDI mapping changes.

Negative: There are a few unavailable features - like the ability to batch EDI files - that are hard requirements for our customers and Orderful doesn't support.

Summary: Quick implementation that we could take at our speed. Great support throughout the process. Great visibility of ALL transactions inbound and outbound.

Positive: Orderful is the first system we found that lets us see everything. We had other EDI providers that would not show the raw transactions. Orderful lets us work the way we want to work. They do the heavy lifting of the communications and AS2 translations and we get to work with a good API directly from our ERP system. We can write our own reporting and notifications from the raw transactions we see.

Negative: Not really a downside but it would be nice to have access to APIs as well as AS2. We work with a lot of trading partners that have API access and it would be great to have one single simple interface that covered all of our business transactions.

Summary: We really like using the Orderful EDI connection and it integrates seamlessly with our ERP. Orders flow in and out seamlessly.

Positive: Great support team and setup was fast and easy. Platform has had no downtime since our integration.

Negative: No bad experiences with it, the platform has been easy to use.

Summary: Very great product with low pricing and have been having enhancement the last couple years based on user feedback.

Positive: Great design, easy to learn and use, multiple data filter functions, very good customer service support.

Negative: Takes time to load big transactions and show time entire UI gets stuck, need improvement to handle big size transactions.

Summary: Great and does what we need it to do. At times our customer demands can get tricky but we always find a way to make it work.

Positive: Helps bring a lot of things together and provides visibility across multiple platforms. Very good!!!

Negative: Can't always connect with some things but overall has been great.

Summary: Overall, great value for the money. Team working with us has been fantastic and we haven't found a transaction they couldn't do.

Positive: Easy to setup for those familiar with APIs; great customer service ; great for those just starting out with EDI ; super versatile.

Negative: Limited low code data transformation capabilities ; limited native integrations.

Summary: Great partnership that treats you like a member of their team. Orderful does a great job of including product, support, and other departments into meetings as appropriate. Orderful has been fully transparent through this entire project.

Positive: The Orderful team worked side by side with us during out implementation timeline. Orderful was open to ideas and suggestions on product enhancements to improve customer and trading partners satisfaction.

Negative: As with any software, there were a few items that were pushed out on roadmap due to competing priorities. Orderful did however still deliver the enhancements with an adjusted timeline. All changes were proactively communicated to us so there were no surprises.

Summary: Overall, Orderful has been a valued partner to NFI and has provided us the tools we need to be relevant in an industry where adaptability and responsiveness matter. We look forward to seeing what the future brings with Team Orderful.

Positive: Orderful has given us the transaction visibility we needed, from transaction level detail to a bird's-eye view. They have made it possible to drastically cut onboarding time with trading partners by 90% compared to our previous state. Their support team is quick to respond to support inquires, and their team is highly knowledgeable in EDI. Their product offers friendly yet powerful tools that allow us to self onboard and make the needed changes on the fly that we tend to see in our industry. Their user interface is clean and sophisticated, making you feel in control of your data and relationships across your organization.

Negative: At this time they do not support XML, and file formatting outbound is strictly X12 EDI. Reports ran out of the UI are limited to 30K transactions however they offer list API for more robust reporting needs.

Summary: I've had a very positive experience over all. Our account manager has an incredible level of knowledge when it comes to EDI. We've really leaned on him for knowledge and assistance for helping us complete EDI integrations with customers.

Positive: I really like the level of customer care that we have access to. We also have a dedicated account manager with expert knowledge. Their knowledge has made our integrations quick and easy. It's also made our customer's lives easier. The product overall is highly reliable. The dashboards, metrics and status fields are highly reliable. This makes troubleshooting any EDI issues easy. Integrating with a new customer is also easy because the product essentially does all the work and thinking for you.

Negative: I don't like the time it takes to complete and EDI integration. However, that's a problem with the industry and not a problem with Orderful. If anything, Orderful is on track to solve this problem and reduce the time line through automation and tooling.

Summary: Orderful has allowed us to access efficiencies of moving to EDI transactions without managing that process in-house. The portal is not complex and has robust features to help manage the process for individual vendors and transactions.

Positive: Easy to trade data with multiple vendors. Robust rules engine for exception management. Easy to access data in a consistent format once it comes in. Supports multiple file types and formats.

Negative: Requires some existing EDI knowledge. The testing process can be a little rocky when adding new vendors.

Summary: Using Orderful has been a positive experience so far and they continue to be open and available to feature suggestions.

Positive: Orderful is a welcomed modern take on all things EDI. Most platforms aren't as plug-and-play, which can cause extra steps down the road. For us, the ease of use, intuitive UI, and quick support resolution combined with customization via the Rules Editor have enabled the onboarding of new partners to be seamless.

Negative: Haven't experienced too many downsides - It excels in most areas compared to other previously used EDI platforms. There are occasional outages that every platform experiences, but they are quickly resolved and it doesn't affect transactions.

Summary: Super pleased with everything that our Orderful/Celigo integration has offered. The onboarding process was very easy and we have had a seamless year + of use!

Positive: Easy to Use, Intuitive and Super User Friendly. Easy to use flows can be built out to notify anyone (or everyone) in your organization about any document errors. Orderful does not charge for more users like most SAAS companies out there!

Negative: No current cons after 18 months of use! The Orderful team is always easy to get a hold of and super easy to work with in the case of any issues or questions.
