Summary: Overall it has been a great experience. I was hesitant at first as I thought this was just adding a middle man to our ordering process but it has been super smooth. I love having a one stop shop for ordering. Made keeping up with inventory very easy.

Positive: The team is very helpful with any questions that come up. Always willing to meet. Xavier and Sarah are awesome!! Super easy to add new products and link vendors.

Negative: Just the process of loading all the products and vendors. But once that is complete, ordering is very easy.

Summary: If your looking for a system that works great and easy to use, this is the system for you. Your accounting department will thank you.

Positive: - ease of use.

- adding new items is so easy and after, searching those items works great.

Negative: - support sometimes takes a few days to reply, but when they do, they take action quickly.

Summary: I love Order.co and I’ve used it at two businesses I’ve worked for. One of which had close to 500 employees and now a much smaller organization.

Positive: I love being able to set schedules and have items that we use regularly come to the store automatically. The bonus of being able to see what others within the organization are getting helps us generate great ideas.

Negative: Some ordering minimums and canceled items can have an exceedingly long delay in arriving.

Summary: I think its a great site. Easy to use. Easy to navigate. Good aesthetics. Orders saved so I can reuse.

Positive: Ease of use.

Negative: Takes a minute for a new product to upload and add to cart, so may take a while to place the order.

Summary: This platform is an excellent solution for organizations to purchase supplies and monitor spending across multiple websites easily and efficiently. I highly recommend it.

Positive: Easy to buy items from any website and return items from any website; excellent customer service and quick responses to questions and inquiries.

Negative: Navigating the user interface takes some time to get used to. Additionally, I wish to be able to move items directly from my cart to my Product Lists" save for a later date.

Summary: Order has been a life saver for me. I work in the billing department at our Law Firm and ended up having the Supply ordering tacked onto my already heavy workload. This program has made ordering a breeze. Any issues I have, I send the team a message and they get right back to me with a fix. All of the specialty items we order are in my list and I can simply add them to my cart and checkout in less than a minute.

Positive: I can easily order and reorder Law Firm specialty products. Order handles ALL of the issues associated with ordering supplies for me, returns and all. I can add any item and if the item is out of stock at the store I selected, Order will automatically have a team member search for the same product elsewhere and for the best deal so we don't have to miss out on important items. Order has even found better and cheaper versions of the items we normally purchase that I have now used exclusively since.

Negative: The only trouble I have is with the layout, I think for a new user it can be a little confusing to find what you're looking for.

Summary: I think Order.co is a very functional product and streamlines our bulk inventory ordering process. Also very user friendly.

Positive: I like the accessibility of the platform. It is super easy and convenient to use and my orders are processed so quickly.

Negative: Not having all the inventory supplies available to order that I need. This is no fault to this platform but getting the appropriate approval from my company to upload and customize our repository.

Summary: Super! Would definitely recommend this platform to any companies that order from multiple stores/companies as this is way more user friendly and very easy to navigate.

Positive: Easy to navigate, very user friendly, many options available from various storefronts, fully comprehensive platform.

Negative: Would like to be alerted when product swaps occur ahead of time and for approval rather than a product being pre-selected for us. Removed potential error or need for returns.

Summary: Overall a 8.5/10

However, their customer service team is wonderful.
That tells me they're going to continue to improve and develop as time goes on, looking forward to a 10/10 in the near future.

Positive: I love how it cumulates multiple sites into one program, this allows for the easiest commercial inventory ordering process I've ever experienced.

It's also great they have order history factored into automatic ordering processes.

Negative: I only wish they use more vendors, that way, there could be a broader range of items.

Summary: I have never had a problem with ordering so quick and easy! Will continue to use it so fast so that I can use products in my classroom.

Positive: Fast easy and wonderful customer service!

Our orders get to us quickly and have never had a problem when we order!! Love that it is so easy order manually or through the website is the best!!

Negative: There is nothing I don’t like! There is never any issues ever.

Summary: It been a wonderful experience so far ! It’s super easy to create new orders as well as track them after they been placed.

Positive: Having all the store we make purchases from under one program make it much easier. No collection multiple receipts. No more adding up all the receipts. If something is out of stock the customer service agents reach out to you to help.

Negative: I haven’t found any at the moment. If I do encounter any later on ill be use to mention them.

Summary: This website makes ordering easy, fast and efficient in a busy work office. Items are grouped per category yet there is still a search menu for products. One of my favorite features is the substitute option when your items are in cart. When an item you shop is not available you can substitute it for a similar item, as well as one with savings. a win win. Overall shopping experience on the app is fun and easy.

Positive: Up-to- date communication for delivery.

Negative: "status unknown" of an item on web page usually not updated in over a week.

Summary: Great but room for improvement! The main area is in the design of the website and the overall look of the items offered.

Positive: User friendly site, easy to navigate, as everything I need in one place! The recent updates to receive an email if an item is out of stock has been helpful to plan for future orders.

Negative: I've previously given feedback on a specific call with Order.co that it's helpful to get notified if an item is out of stock rather than just never receiving it. This feature has since been updated! The other feedback I gave was the small images for the products. Visually it's not great for the site and technically it's hard to see what the product is, especially when the description is not detailed.

Summary: Overall Order.co is on the right track to help with logistics but needs to iron out a couple kinks. The supply team gets a little upset when an order is stopped or Order.co can't find the product available and tries to find something else. This causes a unknown lapse better the end user and the order arriving on time. You have to solve this to get from 4 to 5 stars

Positive: Great Customer Service.

Negative: Preferred Advance Line needs to be automated and less dependent on emails. Its a little clunky but could be a great product.

Summary: Pretty good. Again, the website is very easy to order. You guys should have an app that we are able to use. Stuff gets shipped fast and in a timely manner.

Negative: Sometimes its a hassle to send stuff back. Since we are in the field, we should be able to add stuff we need instead of going through specific channels.
