Not the easiest to use, but by far the best for the money Date: Jul 16 2025
Summary: If you are starting an online store, and are absolutely swamped with the backend management (order routing, inventory management), try Order Desk Pro. I had tried ATUM, but the fact that they take your inventory OUT of the main WP database causes all kinds of issues, and really awful import capabilities.
That's not the case with ODP. While it will take you a while to learn, it can handle most imports easily, and has a ton of integrations. We're using the WooCommerce, Printify, and Stripe integrations. The rules are amazing, you really can automate just about anything.
And while ODP stresses that it is an ORDER management platform first, for my dropship partners, this has worked wonderfully to keep inventory counts current. While imports can only happen every 12 hours, I've used the email function to email import files into ODP, which has allowed me to increase the number of syncs to four times a day (a bit of a workaround).
The 14-day trial is more than enough time to figure it out, but give yourself a few days.Positive: Potent capabilities for just $20 a month
Highly customizable
Friendly support
Handles orders AND inventoryNegative: UI is a bit difficult to understand

Absolutely love this platform, don't be put off by the UI Date: Oct 10 2021
Summary: Overall a very great platform for print on demand and customizing your workflows. It took me a bit of sleuthing to even find this platform, I initially was going to dismiss it based on design, but when I peeled back the layers it is extremely robust, well thought out and very organized.
Positive: Even though the UI could be better, this is an extremely robust platform for any print on demand integrations and managing your store. I come from an API / fintech background, and their documentation is very good across all of their many integrations. Their support team is very good at helping out if you have questions or providing some of the relevant code.
Negative: Their design isn't great both of their site as well as their backend. That being said, it is an extremely robust platform. Their configurations and rule builders take a little time to understand, but once you get the hang of them they are fine. They also add in pricing per transaction on top of their base fees. I don't love that but can't fault them for wanting to grow with their partners growth given how robust the platform is. I'm ok with it to support their growth.

4PL logistics Integrations Date: Aug 19 2021
Summary: As the warehouse and fulfillment world changes, Order Desk has helped us connect to more selling channels and warehouses for our clients than we ever thought was going to be possible. Incredible software with a great support team behind it.
Positive: Software does what it says and it just works. Very simple to add integrations for sales channels and warehouse providers.
Negative: The lack of multi-warehouse inventory sync would be the one service I hope to see addressed in the near future.
