Summary: Overall, even though there are annoying steps needed to be taken to get into our company platforms, I love how protective Okta keeps my information.

Positive: Okta is a very safe platform that helps protect our company's information, but also those clients that use our platform. There are lots of times that duel login is required, but once again, this shows the protection that Okta provides.

Negative: Okta requires a new login every time you haven't been in a platform for a long time. This does slightly get annoying as I have to request permissions from our IT team every time I log in. This is hard when I am trying to log into an account over the weekend.

Summary: One of the easier products to implement and easy to set up integrations with third-parties. Support is above average and responsive but is rarely needed.

Positive: Large catalog of existing integrations. SAML integration simple to setup. Easy for end-users to adopt and use.

Negative: Nothing, per se. That being said, you do need to make sure you pay close attention to the integrations as you create them.

Summary: Overall, it is nice to know how easy it is to be protected without having to go through a difficult or long sign in process.

Positive: Super easy to use, gives you options to sign in, warns you when anyone signs in, can install it on your phone.

Negative: Nothing, the app is great and works well, why change it?

Summary: It's a reliable solution for 2-factor authentication SSO that works with all the platforms that our organisation uses.

Positive: Okta is easy to use (both the web portal and the android app), implements with the platforms that our organisation uses. I like that it has multiple options for 2-factor authentication (such as through the app or an SMS text message). I also like how once you log into the platform, the platforms utilising SSO are all displayed on the first page that loads - straight to business!

Negative: I'm only a basic user of the platform who was not involved in the set-up of the system, so do not have any further knowledge of the system (beyond as a user) to comment on any cons. No cons so far as a user!

Summary: We use the program to manage multiple users and passwords; this keeps us on our toes when it comes to logins we don't want. We have a well-defined control with Okta to hire new employees; we easily integrate them into the databases.

Positive: It is a privilege to have Okta because I can manage multiple logins of users who have the information. The technical support is fantastic; it helps to configure and customize with no hassle. I can hire new employees with ease. We managed to coordinate secure login management, which is easy to use; it works perfectly with my PC, syncs with many software, and contains helpful tools.

Negative: I don't have the opportunity to interpret the logs of anything done with Okta. I have to intuit what is going on in the interface.

Summary: Okta is an excellent Identity Management Solution. It provides secure access to devices and applications alike and is highly scalable & configurable.

Positive: Great User Interface

Negative: Requires more detailed user reporting feature.
Expensive.

Summary: We have started using Okta recently. Okta supports a lot of applications like G-Suite, Dataiku, snowflake. Okta sign-in can be done on a single tap from a registered mobile device and once when logged in you would not need to sign-in separately to all the applications. With Okta one can log in from any device and work from any remote location.

The pricing is a bit hard. I would recommend Okta for companies where data security is a primary concern.

Positive: (+) Integration with many work applications. Many applications are supported.
(+) Live credential login system which is very fast.
(+) No need to login to all work applications if once logged in using Okta.
(+) High-end data protection.
(+) Single tap sign-in in place of OTP from the registered device.

Negative: (-) Sometimes the sign-in trigger gets delayed.
(-) UI is a bit old fashioned.
(-) Very expensive.
