    Summary: Frustrating and painful. I have been cheated and lied too. I paid to beta test and the. When they went to a monthly SaaS service they closed my lifetime account. Bad business.

    Positive: When the app works it is a great back up. The interface is simple. The design is plain. Easy to use but it seldom works.

    Negative: Customer service is useless. They never resolve issues. I had a plan from App Sumo. After using the App for 18 months. My account was closed. I bought a lifetime plan, stuck with them through their beta testing and then they cancel me. Customer service responds to me every third day asking me what problem i am having.
    All the positive reviews you see on the web are fake. I am also sure that the huge companies they advertise using them is fake. No company would big money to spend on advertising would use this app.

    If you like to get frustrated buy it.
