    Good content let down by terrible apps and platform

    Summary: Disappointing. I am now researching alternatives and plan to cancel the subscription I have had for several years.

    Positive: Range of content is good though sometimes they lack the most up to date version of editions which could be an area to improve.

    Negative: Mobile app has deteriorated over several years to the point of being almost unusable.
