Summary: I am very satisfied with me experience, I have been using Numero for along time till now, and I have multiple active subscriptions, highly recommended.

Positive: It was very easy to install and activate, customer support were very helpful, app is very easy to use.

Negative: Didn't face any problems, it was a great experience.

Summary: Easy to apply. service team is ready for quick support once needed.
Saving time and effort, and of course less cost.

Positive: I just found it before my travel to Istanbul. shortly, it saved my time, money and made communications easier from first minute i have just arrived at the airport. I could use the internet once plane had landed, and made required call on spot. In addition, less cost than getting new Turkish SEM card.

Negative: Nothing to mention. Thanks to great team made it easy for me and fruitful.

Summary: The app is the best I have tested so far. I have used Dingtone, Fanytel, Google Voice, Textme, Freetone, Textplus, Nextplus, Textfree, and some other popular VOIP companies but this one's the best so far. At first, I was skeptical about trying their service until when I ran out of options on other virtual phone number providers, and the impression was fantastic. I would recommend anybody to try it out.

Positive: Everything about the Numero app is amazing. The numbers work well on almost all social media apps but tried it on Tinder and didn't work. Nevertheless you receive text messages in the speed of light. Can set all calls to voicemail and have them sent as a copy to your email. I tried calling and it went through, mobile data is excellent and they have an active and responsive support team. You can change a number as many times you want if you have the slightest issues with it without it affecting your subscription plan. I changed numbers for WhatsApp and Telegram a couple times even though I was on a 3 months subscription plan.

Negative: I can't send messages to any number and have the recipient's number receive it. I contacted the support team and they said because my device the Galaxy S9 plus doesn't support an eSim, so I can't send text messages to any number and have the recipient's number receive the sms.

Summary: Avoid please. They will steal your money and never provide a working solution or refund your money. This is a well elaborated scam !

Positive: There is no pros to this scammish software. Don't ask me to create them. This is the worst piece of software ever.

Negative: This is the worst e-sim service I have ever used. Please everyone stay away from this company and the scam they run. I purchased an e-SIM that I was never able to activate. Reached out to support and they refused to issue a refund. I asked them to cancel my account but they still proceeded to charge me a month later and support won't do anything about it.

Summary: What a terrible service, while other esims have easy setups and instructions depending on your OS. this app just takes the money and hopes that you will solve it. do t use this app especially if you have an urgency as it doesn't work and their customer service takes ages. you will waste more time trying to make it work than finding a free WiFi or using other apps like nomad. they won't refund your money, so expect a long and tough ride asking them for a refund, better asking your bank.

Positive: None, they couldn't provide even the minimum standards of service and they where rude over the chat.

Negative: - Terrible customer service that will blame you for their complicated process or for not being able to provide the service.

-If they are unable to provide the service they won't give back what you paid.

- incredibly complicated process. You need to scan the QR code using another device. Really bad UX.

Summary: If you dont want to lose your money on a scam Esim app, do not download it I repeat DO NOT download this app. The people running this are obviously using Google Play's grey area of service to get money using a fishy app.

Negative: Scammer Esim app posting as legit.
Numbers provided do not work on promoted apps.
Customer service refuses to provide refund for unprovided service (getting ANY phone number that works).

Summary: These guys are SCAMMERS!!!! They simply scam people using the opportunity, such us that not everyone pays attention when apple charges automatically for number of different services.

Positive: Nothing.

Negative: These guys are SCAMMERS!!!! i have been using their service for more then 1 year, recently i paid for an American number annually!!! but the next month i found out that they try to charge me again.... 22.99 USD every month!!!! up to now they haven't explained for what. all they say is that it's auto-renewal.
more of that, the same " auto-renewal" has been charging me for God knows how long for 2.99 each month...
1. i was NEVER notified about it.
2 I have never set any auto-renewal.
3. communication with them is IMPOSSIBLE!!!! They do NOT answer directly to my questions. They waving telling me all sorts of NOT RELATED phrases. just avoid those scammers

Summary: They require you to confirm your real phone number in order to activate their phone number which i told support more than 3 times that i was not receiving a code on my phone to activate the number and that i would prefer a refund. They ignored my request and kept implying that i was not doing it correct. How much correct can i do? The code isn't going to my phone.

Positive: I was happy that the price was not bad. Support just needs to stop bullying people and refund them into doing the same steps over and over.

Negative: Customer service us very poor when you have an issue they try to bully you into fixing it instead of processing a refund.

Summary: Scammed, harassed, 5 dollars down the drain i don't care about the money but it's a disgrace this company exists and when the problem is on there part they don't take responsibility of the problem and start blaming the user.

Positive: The uninstall button, has no cons at all downloaded scammed and the support doesn't care about what I say they keep saying the same thing over and over again like bots.

Negative: They scammed me and then took 15 days to help me with my problem by then i didn't need their service didn't give me a refund and got harassed by the support stay away.

Summary: Very bad.

Positive: No pros they are big scammers, they will take money from you and just disappear don't trust them worst experience.

Negative: I paid 10 euros yesterday to get top up from your app and it just disappeared since morning i have been chasing them from app but there is no response.

Summary: Horrible customer service (non responsive) - they asked for local bank statement which I sent with address proof. After I sent they said they didn't believe me and stopped the communication.

Positive: App easier to use, and friendly app. Was easy to download and start. Was easier to purchase also which made the app okay.

Negative: Scam, did not receive my product. Contacting Apple and credit card company to receive a refund.

Summary: I tried to use the official support channels but wasn't able. They really are not trying to solve the problems. My sensation is that they are trying to buy time.

Positive: I didn't like anything, the app have a lot of marketing on in so several of the google results are theirs. But do not use!!!!

Negative: Terrible customer support, they gave me a second number after the first one failed and the second number didn't work either. They stopped answering support chat and email.

Summary: Overall. This company is run by business owner hopefuls who have no clue what running a legit business is about. It's like they hope that no one notices they are playing! With other people's small and large cash. There is nothing set up to run start to finish and there is nothing but unserviced payment and information to give for it.

Bottom line: SUCK FACE COMPANY and a fat lie!!!

I've answered the questions because they are required but otherwise I would not have. There is no way to use this product for more than a few minutes to hours.

Positive: Don't waste your time loading the app on any device. There are no pluses in this con job app. There is no service in it. They offer a service and do not deliver it!

Negative: There is no customer service that understands anything that it is saying about any issue and there are nothing but issues!

Summary: I bought a number for WhatsApp for work purposes. I never got the code to be able to use it. Never they kept saying I should send them a pic, which I did, nothing. They change my phone number 3 times, nothing.

Positive: I wasn’t even able to use the number I paid for. I bought if for WhatsApp and it never worked, they are not willing to give you your money back either.

Negative: They steal and pretend they are trying to help you out but nothing works.

I have demanded a refund on multiple occasions, but all my attempts to get my money back have been met with stone-cold silence.

It's abundantly clear that Numero eSIM is operating with a complete lack of integrity and ethics. They are engaging in outright theft by deducting money from innocent customers without any justification or consent. This is not just a one-time mistake; it's an ongoing, deliberate scam.

I urge anyone considering their services to think twice and look elsewhere. Numero eSIM is not a trustworthy company; they're scammers who have no qualms about stealing your hard-earned money.

Avoid Numero eSIM at all costs if you value your financial well-being and your peace of mind. They are a disgrace to the business world, and their actions should not go unnoticed.
