    Positive: I have used this for quite a while with no problems at all. Response time was very rapid. Go to cons.

    Negative: Today I entered a suspicious number and received this response: You have reached your daily free limit. Please SUBSCRIBE to lookup additional phone numbers. On my first search???? I can't seem to find a limit stated anywhere. It says it is totally free.

    Summary: I can't report them to the BBB because they don't have a listed address. They don't respond to emails. They clearly don't abide by their "45 days" statement either.

    Positive: NOTHING, other than they are free, but YOU are the product.

    Negative: How do I remove my name and address from their people search? They don't respond to the emails sent to 'hello@numlookup.com' in which I have asked to have them removed. They say it takes up to 45 days to remove the information, but here it is, two months later and still no changes.
