    Withdrawal not transfer to my bank account after 3 day

    Summary: The policy of NumGenius AI company is that after making withdrawal, the money gets transferred to your bank account within 12 to 72 hours but I have been withdrawing since 3 days but till now the money has not been transferred to my account, and in the customer support of NumGenius AI. He doesn't reply to you but he doesn't see your message.

    Positive: Earlier money transfer was going on but from 16th January onwards all payments are pending since 3 days.

    Negative: There is a need for call support for customer support, but there is no call support here, and the company's agents do not even see the messages, and if you say something wrong, they threaten you that you will be blocked and your the server will also be blocked.
