    It's Awkward

    Summary: The app is clunky, user interface outdated and not intuitive.
    Randomly fails to apply seal, and gives conflicting status and error messages.

    Positive: When it works, it's great.
    The functions to create a stamping zone and apply seal are "adequate when working".

    Negative: Downloading, my AV quarantines one of the app's files.
    Training videos are poorly prepared: too fast, too small, no useful audio track.
    Randomly fails to apply seal, and gives conflicting status and error messages.
    Support assigns ticket but doesn't reach out (48hours and waiting).

    Very high friction onboarding

    Summary: Bad experience so far, much easier to sign a piece of paper. In the time I've spent with tech support I could have physically signed everything for the rest of my career (approximate time tradeoff).

    Positive: nothing yet
    I don't have anything positive to say at this point as nothing has worked. Adding works to reach 100 characters.

    Negative: 3 appointments in and still not successfully onboarded.
    Did a video confirmation of my ID.
    Was e-mailed an activation code, and after signing in, am prompted to receive a second activation code by Text or Phone. Neither option works.
    Discussed with Tech support. No resolution.
    Had a second call to discuss with Tech support. No resolution.
    Waiting on resolution.
