SuiteCommerce was perfect for our business type

    Date: Mar 15 2023

Summary: SuiteCommerce and SuiteCommerce Advanced are great for companies that need an ecommerce or customer portal. It allows for the ERP data to drive the customer experience based on any data. Any ERP data can be surfaced to SuiteCommerce without integration.

Positive: We were able to use the build-a-quote tool effective. Nice order on behalf of functionality with partner solutions. Strong partners in the ecosystem. It is strongest when there is a component of B2B functionality needed even though it can do both B2B and B2C. Notable features for B2B types of requirements that other ecommerce solutions don't have. It doesn't require an integration with NetSuite either so that saves money and hassle.

Negative: It only works with NetSuite so if you don't move off of NetSuite then it is a great long term solution.

Perfect companion for your Netsuite CRM

    Date: Apr 14 2020

Summary: Just implemented recently and seems to be working very well so long as you are only needing to work within it's bounds.

Positive: Easily pairs with and ties into Netsuite CRM and has a great frontend experience for the customer. Seamlessly interacts with backend accounting.

Negative: Only set up to interface with Netsuite not any other third parties.
