Summary: We use the helpdesk feature extensively, and it has completely changed how our facility team works. Residents raise issues directly from the app, and we have clear categories, assignment options, and even SLAs defined for each type of problem. What's nice is that the escalation flow actually works. If something isn't resolved, it moves up automatically, which forces people to stay accountable. We tried doing something similar with NoBrokerHood earlier, but the system felt like a patchwork. Here, there's actual infrastructure behind it.
Positive: 1. Easily the most comprehensive community ERP out there.
2. Accounting, helpdesk and amenities management are built exactly the way RWAs actually work.
3. Miles ahead of Adda on every meaningful parameter.Negative: Some smaller RWAs might find the sheer range of features overwhelming at first.
