Summary: Really good application which has never had any problems in the 3 years we have been using it. Also excellent customer service, very quick to respond and helpful.

Positive: Creates great virtual tours very quickly. You can very simply upload and stitch together the panorama images and the menu and floorplan options are excellent.

Negative: Creating the menu can be a little clunky, and we would prefer to have more hotspots or custom designed hotspots for our purposes.

Summary: In my opinion is the best software to use in 360 business. I tried different companies before, no one gave a same quality service like they did. You get what you pay for, and the live chat support its an additional extra what other providers don't do it.

Positive: The hosting only option is perfect for me and my company, we only pay for the service when we use it and we don't have to pay when out months are more quiet. Customer support are amazing, there is always someone who are happy to help for us. The tool is easy to use when you get use to it, first time a bit harder for me, but the live chat support helped me out. They have a lots of videos to help you, and they always add some new features. When they make something new, they don't charge you extra money, like other providers do. Also cheaper to work with it, like anything else.

Negative: Dollhouse view, live customer service are fantastic.

Summary: The My360 product is a great tool and has helped me create many amazing tours for clients of mine in Namibia. The support is exemplary and over the past 6 years a great partnership has been established. Scarlett & Lee always make sure that everything works perfect, and they ensure that you as a partner are well set-up to run your business, regularly updating the software with new features as well as updating themselves about how you are doing as a partner. I am looking forward to many more years working together with them.

Summary: Extremely positive, My360 was super helpful setting us up and helped out with all our questions along the way. The software itself is very easy to use and makes 3d tours so quick for us to do ourselves without having to employ a 3rd party.

Summary: Quite simply it's always a leap of faith dealing with any internet based service provider, especially when you move into a field of technology that you are very unfamiliar with. Kudos to Lee and his team for being supportive every single step of the way, great technology, open to ideas from the front line, innovative in their own right, but most of all believers in relationship. The worth of any business is the value of its relationship capital and this is built up over time with give and take on both sides...My 360 will remain successful due to their focus on this important aspect. Thanks Lee and your team and I fully recommend to anyone that they consider the My 360 platform when deciding on the 360 component of their business, top to bottom the right choice.

Positive: Technically, the ease of use for non-technical people was a huge plus. Common sense approach to making this appeal to all levels of technical knowledge, it allowed us to enter the market, gain experience and with an increase in knowledge cut down the tour making time measurably.

Negative: Just the fact that you cant predetermine the start view when sharing to Facebook. It degrades the experience and could lose you the customer. I'd rather click on a tropical beach with palm trees than a brick wall. The sharing sets so randomly that I get the brick wall and move past the tour even though the palm trees are in there somewhere.

Summary: It's fabulous because I can do virtual tour quickly and easy.

Positive: It's the best software I've used to make virtual tours. I recommend it.

Summary: I think this is the best virtual tour software out there. They really are very responsive to questions and go out of their way to help. Robert in particular is very helpful. They speak perfect English.
The way to make tours with this software is great. it takes me less than 10 minutes to build a tour now and add it to my website.

Positive: After looking at many options, my final decision was My360 because they gave the best support and it took me the least time to make the tour.
It is very easy to use and the price is also very good. I like that they have no hidden costs and one price for all features.

Negative: So far I have no complaints - each time I find a feature I would like to see they have been very responsive in adding the feature or adding it to their schedule for the updates.
