Amazing app! But many errors Date: May 01 2020
Summary: Great app, I'm a fan! I know they will improve a lot so I wanna be here when that happens. I've had an amazing experience with the features of the app. My favorite part is the fact they have MARKETPLACE and support team is always on point.
Positive: Makes my work really easy! I can have everything in just one app. It's like having all your trainer documents in just one place.
Negative: There are many errors when trying to use it on my laptop or website. It's frozen really often and it's not too friendly with Microsoft.

Summary: Experience with the app has been fairly good and I can only see it improving with the new update done on the Chat feature.
Positive: Very good for keeping all clients in one place and very easy to assign clients to workouts/programs.
Negative: Nutrition tracker isn’t great. Could and should be more exercises in the in the catalogue of exercises available.

Summary: I'm able to scale my online training business with My PT Hub. I can handle a lot more clients than I would be able to take on if I was still using email and excel docs. Customer support gets back to me promptly whenever I have any questions.
Positive: The Client support has been fantastic, I have been using the software for about 6 months from when I first began in the online training industry, all the way up to now having 4 trainers working for me and all utilizing the system.
Negative: It's still not altogether intuitive to use. Certain features should probably be grouped a little differently for ease of use, such as messaging within the client section and making it possible to take notes on a client while in the workout.

Summary: It's been nothing but positive. The help desk is very responsive. The ability to link workouts or my own personal workouts has been great too.
Positive: Everything is at my fingertips to be the best trainer around. Especially while we are all home in the U.S.
Negative: If my company logo and name was searchable directly through the Apple App store it would be the cream of the crop training software.

Summary: Really good me and my clients are loving being able to do online training using this software. Still not sure how to use all of the features though!
Positive: Easy to use. And I like that I can add my own logo and colours to it. My clients have found it easy to follow!
Negative: Missing lots of exercises and I cant upload videos.

Summary: It's a good app for training - could be a bit more user friendly. The goal for me as a trainer is to quickly and easily put a workout together for my clients if I am building my own template.
Positive: Lots of training and nutrition programs built in to the app. Exercise guidance videos are easy to access for demonstration of the move.
Negative: Everything defaults to kg. Is cumbersome to input weight/tempo/time for each set. Multiple exercises in the database with the same name. Simple exercises are not in the database (i.e. jump rope, etc.). When changing an exercise in the app, you can't input a rep range. Rep ranges are not easily adjusted in the app.

Summary: Overall, it has been a positive experience thus far. It is my first experience on a PT online platform.
Positive: I like the interface and library of exercises to choose from. Clean and presentable for myself and clients. The ability to upload videos is a great feature.
Negative: There is some lagging and and software navigation that seems to be slow and interrupted at times. Not being able to edit and change certain workouts without it changing the main templates is very time consuming. Better filter options should be available.

Summary: Very good customer service, and team very knowledgeable about the product. I am not a tech head, so the help I've asked for I get a quick response which allows me to quickly implement in to my business.
Positive: Great to keep in contact with fitness community, to encourage and to track all clients lifestyle trends. The options to play with is vast, even though it takes lots of exploring, there is plenty to pluck out and use :)
Negative: Old videos to help clients, need updating, as some older clients struggling to get to grips with booking classes, documenting food etc. making the app more accessible for all abilities young and old. Be also good to see a trend line with weightloss etc. on the clients app.

Summary: Overall so far so good, just started using. Not as easy to navigate as expected but still doable.
Positive: Being able to have one central platform to use to connect with my clients and offer my services.
Negative: Exercise library names are odd, long process to add your own options, a lot of drop down options throughout the app that make it time consuming.

Summary: Overall I like this program and I’ve had great feedback from my clients.
Positive: This is a great program very interactive. I’m discovering there are more features i have available then i knew i had! They really make it so you can work well with your clients.
Negative: I wish there were more videos on what you can do and how to use each function. I was self teaching for a while found a video that gave an overview that helped I just wish it was more specific.

Summary: So far so good. Looking forward to getting more clients online with it and testing it out properly.
Positive: Easy client and trainer dashboard interface. Not as expensive as some similar products. Good that it links with payment and website facilities.
Negative: Can’t upload videos to the exercise library straight from the mobile app.

Summary: I had a 30 day trial and didn't even complete it as I fell in love with the software! once I get the hang of being a online trainer I believe it will be very beneficial!
Positive: It is really good for organising, also the way you can track your clients is next to none! It is by far the simplest software! It is easy for your clients to use and it makes you sort of realise how to be an online trainer!
Negative: The way you can't do a weekly nutrition plan, and the fact that you cant add drop sets and other training systems but you can leave notes! It is complicated until you learn how to use it and then it is the easiest thing to do!

Summary: Has made life easier as a PT/ONLINE COACH but also has allowed me to track progress for clients and my personal goals very easy and interactive.
Positive: It is very easy to use as a Personal Trainer in terms of setting my clients up and running and being able to track their progress and update their plans frequently.
It also helps to ensure that my workouts are no longer than they need to be as it offers alternative workouts as well as tutorials on how to completeNegative: A couple times it didn't save the workouts, but overall it has limited cons.
