    Summary: Using Mria CRM day-to-day has been simple, we can follow what’s happening with each deal without digging through different systems, and the team has adjusted to it quickly.

    Positive: Mria CRM has been useful because it gives us an actual end-to-end CRM process inside Jira. We can import and track leads, move deals through stages, keep notes and activities organised, and see all related Jira issues in one place. The structure is clear enough to manage a pipeline properly, not just store contacts, and the links between contacts, companies, deals, and issues make it easy to follow what’s happening with each account. It’s also stable and quick, which matters when you use it daily. Overall, it handles core CRM work well and fits naturally into how our team already operates in Jira.

    Negative: It’s still a young product, and some things you’d normally expect in a mature CRM aren’t there yet, but the roadmap looks promising and the pace of updates gives confidence that it’s moving in the right direction.
