What is AIOps, or Artificial Intelligence for IT Operation? There are many definitions of the term on the internet. Let's not forget to look at the original definition. Gartner, Inc. states that AIOps platforms use big data, modern machine-learning and other advanced analytics technologies to directly or indirectly enhance IT operations (monitoring, automating and service desk) functions with proactive, personalized and dynamic insight.
