    Summary: The website advertises specific 3D programmes and deliverables for design purposes such as rendering and design optimisations, VR, ...
    At first, some of the products were not available with reason that they were only available for premium users, so I decided to upgrade to a premium membership, which, according to the website, can be cancelled anytime after a trial. Even after upgrading, I still could not achieve my goals with the website, so I looked for help, the only helpline leads to a Whatsapp group where all questions are posted. It was only after some days that I realised that everyone in the whatsapp group complains about the exact same problem; none of the querries are answered, and furthermore, the messages are automatically deleted after 24 hours. I then decided to cancel my premium membership because it was just pointless, so I tried contacting whoever is in charge by sending emails, turns out none of the emails on the website are registered emails, they all come-back with an error. As a result, I am stuck with a monthly subscription that I paid for (every month) with non-existent products and no way of cancelling until I cancelled my bank card.

    Summary: May be good as a free service but horrendous customer support knocks it down to 1 star. No support offered in the span of 3 months.

    Positive: Nothing, they don't answer any emails whatsoever. Absolutely avoid at all costs if you need any help as you'll be receiving none.

    Negative: 0 support. Waited for more than 3 months for someone to answer my ticket, still nothing.
