    Summary: Terrible customer support and overall experience. I've reached out multiple times and they refuse to help.

    Positive: Their pro is taking your money for features you did not sign up for. Please be advised not to purchase anything from Mixcloud.

    Negative: I subscribed to an artist, and they charged me for the artist and monthly premium. The support refuses to help. Do not pay for anything.
