    A seamless chat experience with Mirrorfly, customer service is amazing

    Summary: MirrorFly is a team communication tool, it very well categories the different processes in different channels, restricts the conversation is relevant to the channel and everyone who joins that channel can collaboratively contribute to the topics. It also provides a neat video and voice call also

    Positive: Connecting with my customers is made easy by CONTUS MirrorFly. We used Mirrorfly to power out the chat system inside our app. Using Mirrorfly for our communication saves a lot of time as we don’t have to build a chat system from scratch. It also helps increase user engagement in our app.

    Negative: A slight improvement in the documentation process is required, but the Contus Mirrorfly team is amazingly helpful in filling in the gaps.

    Summary: Tracking messages of the customers has become easier by using Mirrorfly. The overall speed of our process has improved and the best thing, it saves money. It was handy to interact with customers without any delay and build a relationship with them.

    Positive: Contus Mirrorfly is a great communication solution with simple methods. Super easy to set up and it helps to drive customer engagement with its real-time delivery of messages. The software can be used in both mobile and web. You can also monitor every interaction with the customer.

    Negative: Notification trigger messages are moderate, but the features need a little improvement.
