Positive: For updating the ongoing events, announcements etc in an organization Yammer is very useful. User can share the updates at single platform and can be easily viewed by the staff members. It's a social platform working on user internet domain.

Negative: The application on Android does not showing the notifications on standby mode. User has to open the app and after refresh only the data will sync. On PC it is working well.

Summary: Good enough for the core purpose. Would like Microsoft to add more attractive features and make it more engaging.

Positive: Integrated well with SharePoint and Office 365. Yammer is decent for intracompany updates and sharing opinions.

Negative: Would like it to become more of a social network. As of now, it looks and feels like a company notice board.
