Microsoft Authenticator keeps all my two-step keys safe. Date: Mar 01 2023
Summary: Microsoft Authenticator has made me feel quite comfortable because it has helped me protect many accounts for several years, despite the problem that I have when it comes to recovering the two-step security keys that I had stored on the old device, I currently use Microsoft Authenticator on My new mobile device, and I have not presented any type of problem, the general platform behaves correctly and allows full temporary codes that allow me to unlock any type of account With the security of two steps linked. The experience I have had with Microsoft Authenticator for the security of all my accounts has been perfect, it has never presented any type of failure or any type of identity theft of the two-step security key, in addition, the temporary keys have a duration quite acceptable, also you can link new accounts within Microsoft Authenticator by using your mobile device to scan some QR code or temporary code in the app, overall Microsoft Authenticator is too easy to use and very comfortable.
Positive: The availability of Microsoft Authenticator and the compatibility it has with any type of mobile device is one of the features that makes it one of the best options to consider when looking for two-step authentication software, Microsoft Authenticator is available for both devices iOS as for Android devices, therefore, there will never be a compatibility limitation between this platform and mobile devices. Microsoft Authenticator allows you to link any type of two-step authentication account, it does not have any kind of limit on the number of accounts you can link to this application, which will be very effective to protect several accounts at the same time, you can link up to more than 20 or 30 accounts within this app for two-step notification. Microsoft Authenticator has a fairly basic general design, but I find that this design is quite comfortable and allows users to easily adapt to the platform, and that it does not present any type of confusion, in addition, you can import or export your keys from one mobile phone to another just by using a file, you can export that file with all the keys saved to import it into the new device, to be able to have your keys on any device in just a couple of seconds.
Negative: The serious problem that I have presented within Microsoft Authenticator is when I recover my keys when I have lost access to Microsoft Authenticator on the previous mobile device, Microsoft Authenticator does not allow me to recover the keys how to use your Microsoft account, this is quite negative since I have linked my Microsoft account on the new device in the hopes that I could regain access to my keys, but that did not happen, I lost all the two-step security keys that I had on the old device and there is no way to recover them with the help of my Microsoft account.

Microsoft Authenticator can protect a large number of accounts. Date: Dec 15 2022
Summary: Microsoft Authenticator has been a very important platform to protect each of the accounts we use in our company, the vast majority of users and employees of the company use this platform to protect their personal accounts and work accounts, therefore, this platform has been key to improving the overall security of the account we use in our real estate company. I really liked it, I asked for it supported with Microsoft Authenticator, I think that despite the fact that it is a platform that does not have a user-friendly design and interface, its potential to protect the account is incredible, in addition, it automatically synchronizes with the cloud of Microsoft to allow you to restore each of your registered Microsoft Authenticator accounts and link them on another mobile device. It would also be excellent to be able to use this platform on the computer, at the moment it is not possible but I believe that in the future it will be possible, this would help a lot to be able to access my account without using or accessing my mobile device. Microsoft Authenticator is a completely trustworthy platform, I totally recommend it to protect any type of account, it doesn't matter if we want to have a social account or a corporate email account, in the same way you can do it using the QR code or temporary code.
Positive: The main features I like about Microsoft Authenticator were:
1- I liked that Microsoft Authenticator allows me to link accounts in an unlimited way, this platform that allows linking up to more than 50 accounts within this application, which helps me a lot since I can heal my accounts that I use for my business area and also I can link accounts that I use for my personal area, this platform has no limits when it comes to linking all types of accounts, in addition, you can completely organize each of the linked accounts for two-step security.
2- I also liked the ease with which I can link the two-step security on my mobile device, since this platform allows me to scan a QR code but also allows me to add a new account using a temporary code, I have that code in the account to which I want to place the two-step security.
3- I liked that this platform was able to associate all registered accounts with my Microsoft account, so the next time I link my Microsoft account on another mobile device and download the Microsoft Authenticator application, all my accounts linked on the old device, they can be used on my new device. This feature is very important to me, since on some occasions I have changed my mobile device, and I have been able to access all my accounts registered in Microsoft Authenticator just by linking my Microsoft account.
4- I love the fact that this platform is completely free, there is no fee to pay to be able to link as many accounts as you want, plus there is no additional fee to pay for deleting, adding or modifying an account you have added. to Microsoft Authenticator. I love the fact that this platform is completely free, since it is implemented in the vast majority of sectors of our company in this way, and most employees use it to protect all their accounts with two-step security.Negative: One of the main features I didn't like about Microsoft Authenticator were:

1- The main disadvantage that I have found of Microsoft Authenticator is that currently it is impossible to import the keys that you have linked in other two-step authentication platforms, for example, if you have an account registered in applications such as Google Authenticator or Authy, and you want to Transfer those accounts registered to the Microsoft Authenticator app, this is currently not possible, in order to use two-step authentication of those accounts in this app, you will have to add them manually and individually, which can be a rather annoying process.
2- Although you can organize each of the registered accounts and position them differently, currently it is not possible to save each of these accounts in different folders, for example, if you want to save the social media accounts in a different folder than the others, it is not possible, using the folder service within this platform would be very useful, since I could find in a much easier way the account that I want to access, if I want to access my email account, power selections Enter the email folder in Microsoft Authenticator and request the corresponding two-step code.
3- Microsoft Authenticator support is almost non-existent, so if you have any type of requirement about the security of the steps of this application, you will have to wait a long time for Microsoft support to answer your question. -

Great success providing the safety of the totally stable steps. Date: Oct 03 2022
Summary: The general experience obtained with Microsoft Authenticator has been really good, I consider that the interface offered by this platform has been enough to use for all users or employees of our company, mother 400 employees in our financial services company are using it to access to business accounts and personal accounts. Previously, it's a bit of a hassle to secure our business accounts as we don't have any kind of security access from steps, the only security access we had was receiving a code from our emails, however, all of that changed other things. arrival of Microsoft Authenticator, we do not have how this platform was able to protect each of the accounts used in our company, we are very grateful for the security service offered so far, it has been very stable and at no time have we presented any kind of error when using some temporary code generated by Microsoft Authenticator. We will continue to use the platform due to its tremendous success in our financial services business.
Positive: Microsoft Authenticator is an excellent service to protect all the accounts that you use for personal or work use, the main thing that I like about this platform is that it has an excellent synchronization with your Microsoft account, so if in any time or for any circumstance you have access to your mobile device and you cannot access the Key registered within Microsoft Authenticator, you can retrieve all those keys and register them on another mobile device just by having access to your Microsoft account. Synchronization with your Microsoft account is a very positive feature as it protects you from any loss of accounts or keys stored within Microsoft Authenticator. Another thing that I like about this platform is its availability, it is available for all types of operating systems within mobile devices, as well as you can download it within your computer if you do not want to use your mobile device for two-step authentication, In addition, it has an encryption key that allows you to block access to the application within your computer, so if you use a computer that is used by several people at the same time, you can activate this lock within your Microsoft Authenticator keys, to protect any unwanted access. Every time you go to enter any of your accounts and have a Microsoft Auth registration key on your computer, you must use the lock key.
Negative: One of the main things that can be improved within this platform is the duration time of each of the two-step codes that are generated within the platform, the generated codes last approximately 10 seconds, for which, on some occasions that time is not enough for users to insert that code within the platform they are trying to access, for example, when I access Gmail and I need to receive that code within Microsoft Authenticator, sometimes it does not give me the exact time to enter that code which causes a new code to be automatically generated. Another of the things that have to be improved within this platform is the fact of being able to organize the key registered within Microsoft Authenticator, within this application I have registered up to more than 10 accounts simultaneously, and sometimes it is a bit difficult find a specific account within Microsoft Authenticator, so it would be great to be able to split these registered accounts into folders or lists, this way I can split the two-step security for my social media account or some other platform accounts, it's very necessary than simply a system to divide the registered accounts, this would greatly facilitate access to them.

Fairly simple process to protect multiple accounts. Date: Mar 29 2022
Summary: The validation to sign in to various services is amazing with the help of Microsoft Auth and I am grateful for this, this software has allowed me to add extra security to all my social media accounts and my email accounts, plus it has given me helped make backups much easier, without the need to access accounts individually. I am very comfortable with the Microsoft Auth service, we have obtained it at a very affordable price and the adaptation process for the functions was very understandable.
Positive: Microsoft Auth is a very well established service that has been focused on giving me a great way to protect my various devices and my various software. What I like the most about Microsoft Auth is that I have an easy protection link for all my Outlook emails, with just a code I can connect my Outlook account with this authentication service, the process is quite simple, also, I like it very much being able to link these accounts so easily. Another thing that I love is that I can make backup copies of all my email accounts linked to Microsoft Auth, I can do this process through the App for mobile phones and it has allowed me to have emails without the danger of losing information, it is This feature is impressive.
Negative: I have no complaints about the Microsoft Auth service, I have had a pretty positive experience throughout. The design is quite simple and blue in color, it is a design similar to the Microsoft service and Outlook service, however, I consider that this design and colors should be modifiable, currently this function is not integrated in the Microsoft Auth service.
