    Member Splash leaves a lot to be desired

    Summary: I don't recommend this software. You can't manage employees. User management is clunky. It feels like legacy software that someone has just added layers to over time.

    Positive: I like the Mailchimp integration and membership management. The website builder is easy to use. It's attractive looking.

    Negative: They don't have live support and their turnaround time is far too long (several days). There isn't any inventory tracking. When using forms for events and programming, the financial info from those doesn't get pulled into any of the financial reports...you have to go to those forms and figure it out by hand. It's clunky software.
