Summary: Good experience, would recommend for some cases. It did help me in one of my projects as it met what was needed.
Positive: 1. A complete package of what every QA tester needs in a single tool
2. A lot of varieties of features that a QA tester needs like Test Coverage, Test Case , Test Automation and more are present.
3. Automation related things are also present in the tool.
4. Tooltips are properly presented for users to easily understand to cover the complexity of the tool.
5. Reports module has a lot of features from automatic scheduling and private reporting which is great.
6. Issues for each task and projects can be properly organize which is neat when you have multiple projects.Negative: 1. Design does not look modern enough and would be a pitfall in our era.
