    Summary: Very positive. The segmentation and dynamic content is easy to use and powerful. I also appreciate the amount of time Customer Service will spend with you not only on tech support but on helping improve my strategy.

    Positive: Great API capabilities, solid Customer Support, easy to use and perfect delivery rates.

    there is a lot to like and it helps to have good support.

    Negative: Doesn't have SMS although we don't do text messaging, its a “nice to have”.
