    Summary: I have been using them for 5+ months and am very happy with my designs. It has been a real game changer for my small agency.

    Positive: - Their designs are really nice. I use them for social media graphics, illustrations, and website designs.
    - I really like their support team, they are always available to help
    - Very good price, especially if you always have ongoing projects.

    Summary: The designs do not justify their subscription price. If you need any changes you are out of luck. It will take you forever to get those changes executed. Project managers pass any question on account manager and account manager passes it back to project manager.

    No timely reply from their live chat option which claims to reply in minutes.

    The daily output mentioned on their website is not even close to what you will actually get.

    Positive: Can be helpful as a stop gap solution while you find a good designer to help you with your design requirement.

    Negative: No proper support provided. It's either project manager will get to you or account manager will get back to you which never happens.
    Designs are just ok for the pricing.
