Summary: We, as Freightx, cannot express enough our sheer frustration and disappointment with Mandata, a transport management system. Our experience with this software has been nothing short of a nightmare, leaving us feeling scammed, deceived, and utterly fed up.
From the very beginning, we were promised a range of features that were meant to streamline our operations. However, none of these so-called features worked correctly, rendering them utterly useless. Instead of saving us time and effort, Mandata forced us into a never-ending cycle of double-entry data in both Mandata and Xero. How is that supposed to be helpful?
The invoice system provided by Mandata is a complete disaster. Not only are the invoices devoid of any crucial details, but our customers are struggling to make sense of them. How are they supposed to know which data or collection/delivery point corresponds to each job? And to add insult to injury, there isn't even an option to include a simple reference from the customer or ourselves. It's a mind-boggling level of incompetence.
Creating customer accounts in Mandata only to have to duplicate the effort in Xero is an absolute farce. We were promised efficiency, but what we got was a convoluted mess that wasted even more of our precious time. It's an insult to expect us to work twice as hard for no good reason.
But let's not even get started on the abysmal proof of delivery (POD) process. Mandata failed spectacularly in its grand promises to attach PODs to Xero. Instead, we were left with a confusing mishmash of poor details and an absurd choice of using Mandata's email address rather than our own. Needless to say, our customers were left utterly baffled by the entire ordeal.
What truly takes the cake in this whole sorry affair is Mandata's audacity to lie and deceive us. We were assured that the £600 onboarding fee, which felt like a complete scam in the first place, would be refunded. Yet, here we are, with unanswered emails and empty promises. The utter lack of integrity and professionalism demonstrated by the Mandata team is disgraceful.
To put it bluntly, Mandata is nothing short of a group of scammers and liars. We wholeheartedly advise anyone considering this software to steer clear. Our experience has been a nightmarish descent into frustration and despair. Save yourself the headache and explore other transport management system options. Trust us, you'll thank us later.Positive: Only the drivers app can be used to send jobs to the drivers and they can take a picture of the POD but for this you can use any other £10/month app.
Negative: Nothing is a positive for this app including that the salesman are lying to you and make all kind of promises and when you are using the software it is a disaster.
